This is one of my fav places in Cwb where I used to go when I was kid in 80s and still is roughly maintained, despite the sports room is not opened anymore. When I am visiting Curitiba I still love to go there and play basketball and football or simply see the sunset, seating under the big pines. My concern is that the pitches should not be used for dogs and foods, as it was designed to be a sports area. There is a sanitary issue with the water sources as well, which was healthy in the past. But, this is a point that should be regulated by referendums, where the true democracy and free speech of the community should be heard by the major and the neighborhood representatives.
