buy

seedlings
for
an
orchard

started
negotiating

the
phone.
They
sent
me
a
list
of
seedlings
(great
variety),
from
there
I
chose
70
seedlings,
of

66
were
fruit
trees,
with
an
appointment
for
delivery.
I
had
to
pay
50%
of

amount
to
make
the
reservation
because
Diego
rudely
said
that
he
wouldn't
reserve
changes
for
anyone.

Delivery

the
scheduled
day.
Diego,

delivered
it,
when
unloading
the
seedlings,
pulled
one
out
of
the
substrate
because
he
was
holding
it
in
the
change.
I
didn't
like
the

care

arrive,

arrive

place.

at
the
base.
I
called
him
to
inform
him.
When
he
answers
he
says,
"I
don't
remember
what

talked
about
because
I
talk
to
people
from
all
over
Brazil",
as
if
that
frees
him
from
having
to
follow
up
on
after-sales.
I
noticed
that
he
has
a
habit
of
continually
boasting
that
he
talks
to
people
from
all
over
Brazil

as
if

were

exceptional
and
only
happened
to
him.
I
explained
that
4
different
species
of
orange
didn't
arrive
and
he
quickly
said
that
he
had
sent
them
and
that
he
carried
them
himself.
After
I
explained
that
lemons
came
instead,
he
said
that
was
right.

But
I
didn't
ask
for
those
lemons!
The
guy
makes
mistakes
several
times,
doesn't
apologize,
is
rude,
doesn't
try
to
resolve
the
mistakes
he
himself
created.
If
I
were
to
buy
again
I
wouldn't
buy
from
him.
