I
bought
a
dress
in
this
store
a
few
days
ago
and
after
the
third
fitting,
the
previous
ones
being
defective,
I
decided
to
take
it.
When
I
got
home
I
decided
to
try
it
on
again
and
noticed
that
the
piece
was
also
defective.
It
was
then
that
I
went
back
to
the
store
today
to
make
the
exchange
and
was
informed
that
I
couldn't
exchange
it
for
another
part
as
I
didn't
have
the
receipt
at
the
time.
I
was
indifferent,
as
I
was
treated
indifferently
and
with
little
concern,
as
it
was
an
exchange.
I
was
so
upset
that
I
asked
for
a
purchase
declaration,
as
I
know
it
is
rightfully
mine,
especially
because
I
am
not
obliged
to
keep
a
defective
piece,
because
I
paid
for
it.
I
believe
they
should
win
over
the
customer
and
not
drive
them
away
due
to
disrespect
for
them.
I
don't
recommend
it
to
anyone,
as
after-sales
is
as
important
as
the
sale
itself.
I've
never
bought
from
a
store
that
didn't
give
the
customer
the
option
of
choosing
an
exchange,
especially
because
I
didn't
choose
to
buy
a
defective
piece.
Dear
retailer,
the
lack
of
training
for
your
salespeople
is
causing
you
to
lose
customers.
Think
about
it.
