I've
been
a
Curta
customer
since
it
opened,
and
whenever
I
can
I
take
dinner
home
during
the
week.
I'm
going
to
list
10
things
that
I
think
are
really
cool
about
this
restaurant:
1.
The
food
is
really
healthy
(it's
not
false
advertising),
and
when
we
get
used
to
eating
it,
we
have
difficulty
eating
in
restaurants
with
too
much
fried
food
and
fat;
2.
The
buffet
is
well
designed
in
terms
of
offering
salads,
carbohydrates
and
proteins.
It
is
not
too
limited,
nor
does
it
have
too
much
supply,
which
would
leave
us
confused
or
prone
to
losing
control
of
the
quantity;
3.
The
menu
varies
a
lot
during
the
week
and
month,
but
on
Wednesdays
they
serve
the
traditional
tilapia
(simply
the
best)
and
light
feijoadinha.
In
fact,
the
light
feijoada,
with
roasted
potatoes,
tilapia
and
limited
company
is
a
fixed
menu
on
Saturdays...
and
I
highly
recommend
it;
4.
Food
replacement
is
constant,
as
the
containers
are
small.
This
makes
a
lot
of
difference
in
a
buffet;
5.
The
price
is
very
attractive
for
what
it
offers
in
terms
of
the
quality
of
the
food
and
preparation;
6.
The
ambient
sound
is
pleasant,
usually
jazz;
7.
The
location
is
good,
and
I
can
always
find
a
spot
very
close
to
the
restaurant;
8.
The
regulars
are
cool,
which
gives
the
space
a
special
charm;
9.
The
staff
is
familiar
and
the
service
follows
this
line
too;
10.
I
would
define
Curta
Saúde
as
a
¨low
profile¨,
with
its
peculiar
personality,
but
without
stars.
Without
a
doubt
an
interesting
space
in
Curitiba.
I
ALWAYS
RECOMMEND.
