It takes time to take orders and to serve (I requested a coke which took around 40 minutes to be delivered to the table, this time insisting that they bring what I requested). The pizzas and esfirras came every 15/20 minutes, raw and with the same flavors. The lack of consideration for the customer occurs even at the time of payment because the cashier is located next to the bar, in which the attendant gave preference to the bar's services and did not serve the people who were in line to pay for the terrible service and product. Precarious and small parking, in addition there is no space in front as parking is prohibited. On the date I was there, the men's bathroom had no electricity and it was raining inside, no one came forward to clean or check the situation.

Two years ago I rated the place 4 stars: "Very tasty pizzas. Very tasty soups. Good value for money." Yesterday, 12/06/19, I went to the place with family and we noticed that the service had dropped to ZERO stars. Slow service, confused waiters - we ordered a drink and 2 waiters came to bring the same drink one after the other, terrible pizza - the dough looked like a sheet of paper and was raw and cold, with almost no filling in general and you could barely see the cheese, dry . Plus, I felt sick from the pizza - immediate bloating in my stomach and general discomfort. We won't be back.

Very good pizza, cozy atmosphere, but unfortunately, in addition to the pizzas taking a long time when they passed by, they ended up half on the table and the house was empty!

They serve sushi on Saturdays for R$20 per person, it's great value for money!

It's a very pretty, cozy little place, the pizza is good, and there's a playground for the kids. I went there in a group, so I didn't get to see the menu, but the final bill seemed a little higher than expected, we ordered two large pizzas and a smaller sweet one, in total it was around 360 reais, even with the drinks and a snack at the beginning, seemed a little expensive... But it was delicious, and I still want to go back another day and try the Homemade Soda they make, it looked really good!!

Unprepared waiters, did not follow an order to serve, served at the end of the table and that was it. While some received 2 pieces of pizza, others had an empty plate. I simply left outraged by the type of service provided. If the company cannot perform the service with quality for a greater customer demand, do not commit to providing the service!!!
