Amazing, Caring, Competent Staff.Starts at the check in desk and continues with Nurses, X ray technicians and of course the Doctor. I have not seen this level of Compassion and Professionalism in a very long time. I could feel they cared and that I mattered. I just hope this is the beginning of Medical Professionals behaving in this manner and remembering why they entered the Profession. Everywhere. This clinic should be the Blue Print of how to really, truly care for the whole patient. No matter what their status in life might be. They made a difference in my life. Forever Grateful.

Angie was so sweet and made me (a nervous gal when it comes to doctors) feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. Courtney was PHENOMENAL. So knowledgeable and even though she was really testing my dislocated shoulder (that happened that morning!), I knew I was in good hands and could trust her. Also, the check-in staff were so kind and I really appreciate how fast the whole process was. Great staff!!!!!

The urgent care was efficient. The reason I am giving 3 stars is from being rushed and how my son was treated. There were maybe 4 other patients and but they rushed and were lacking bedside manners (the nurse and X-ray tech). My main complaint was that when leading me back to my room the X-ray tech walked too fast for me to keep up(I was in for a hip injury). He was well aware that my mother and 1.5 year old were in the room waiting for me and yet he threw the door open. No knock to let them know he was coming in even though I just said my son would be “clawing at the door” for me because he is protective of me and attached to me. The tech threw the door back. I heard a thud and he yet he kept pushing he only realized what happened when my mom was comforting my son. No apology. I checked my son and held him as the tech left the room. My son had welts across his foot. Thankfully he took his sandals off and the door went over his foot. If the sandals were on then his poor toes would have been in worse shape. The tech came back to ask how he was after he must have told someone what happened because I could hear his voice outside the door. I said he had welts on his foot. The tech said “well he is moving them that’s good”. I was trying to keep my cool. After the tech left I went to the nurse’s station and asked for a cold pack. The nurse/assistant that triaged me got a pack and wrapped it in an ace bandage while I was standing there. But then said she would bring it to me. We waited in the room for just over 5 minutes and she brought in the pack with the ace bandage. Don’t know why she didn’t give it to me before or why we had to wait longer for it. Guess they don’t care about kids here. It’s one thing to be rude to me, rush me and not care about me. But my son? As soon as the tech ran my son down with the door someone should have given him a cool pack especially when I said he had welts. The urgent care doctor was very nice but the treatment of my son has left me very unhappy. Who doesn’t knock on a door in a medical office? Who throws a door open in a medical office? Or keeps pushing the door when you hit someone?

We were received very well at the TBJ Urgent Care facility. The staff and doctor were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was treated for gout on my right foot. The only discomfort I felt was the doctor’s cold fingers on my foot. She immediately sent a prescription to the pharmacy. Having taken the medication, this morning the majority of the pain was gone. I’m walking without a limp. The doctor got it right. Thanks.

I took my elderly mother here this morning. Mom uses a walker, so we take a minute to make our way from point A to point B. Every employee that we encountered was friendly, professional and kind. They didn’t try to rush us through. They listened!! I was beyond satisfied with the care she received. I have done many appointments with her for years, and most left me feeling like nobody heard or even cared what we had to say. This place is truly different. Highly recommend!!!

When I arrived, I had already checked in so things were simpler. I only had to wait a couple of minutes I was taken back, and the medical assistant was very pleasant professional My x-rays were done and very timely manner with another professional in that area I returned back to the room I had been assigned and immediately the PA came in exam Tell me about my x-rays tell me about what she thought should happen I was probably not there 30 minutes total It was very pleasant experience

I went to TB&J Urgent Care for a pain in my shoulder that was increasing daily. The PA evaluated me, the doctor confirmed his diagnosis, I received a shot and received instructions for care/exercises. Was very pleased with results and shoulder felt much better the next day.

I went in with my wrist hurting really bad the PA I saw it was awesome. He was very attentive apologized for me waiting which I didn’t feel like I waited. Explain things to me and checked my hand really well so he could see what was hurting then the doctor came in and she was super nice to, and they gave me a brace to put on my wrist and it should get better maybe a week or so but they were extremely kind and nice from the receptionist all the way through the doctor. Thank you very much I like Tulsa Bone And Joint just hopefully I won’t need them for a while.

They were amazing so nice from the beginning to the end. They take their time to go over things with you. The x ray person was an amazing and the nurse as well. The doctor took time to go over things to make sure you are ok and the doctor was very handsome looking man.

Great experience over all. The wait time was a little slow but the service out weighed that 10 fold. The Doctor, sorry I forgot her name, was amazing. She listened, gave me two solutions to take care of my knee to choose from. I took the shot in the knee, which she administered without the pain I heard the shot caused. Today two days later I'm pain free for the first time in a couple weeks. Thanks so much for giving patients an alternative to waiting weeks to get into their Doctor. One happy camper.

I recently visited the Tulsa Bone and Joint Clinic and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. During my appointment, the medical professionals at the clinic were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They also showed great care and compassion, which made me feel like I was in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend the Tulsa Bone and Joint Clinic to anyone in need of orthopedic care. The staff is exceptional, the facility is top-notch, and the medical professionals are skilled and caring. I left my appointment feeling confident that I had received the best possible care.

We went here for the first time today for our 15 year old son to be seen. We dealt with the ladies at the front desk, a nurse, an x-ray tech and the doctor that saw him. Everyone was professional, nice, and had the best experience we have had at a doctors office in a long time. From check in to check out was about 30 minutes and left feeling as though we had the answers needed and best treatment possible. Of course we hope a visit back isn't required, but if needed, we will definitely be coming back to Tulsa Bone and Joint. Thank you for the great care and experience you provided our son!

My primary care physician sent me to Tulsa Bone & Joint Urgent Care to have a possible fracture evaluated. I was there a total fifteen minutes. Triage interview, x-rays taken, x-rays reviewed by an orthopedic doctor, findings explained to me... complete in ten minutes. Amazing. Everyone there was very pleasant. The place is a model of efficiency. Totally impressed.

One of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at an urgent care if there is such a thing. The staff were kind and understanding. I felt the need to make this review as soon as i left. Service was fast and very informative. They got me right in, diagnosed the problem and started a plan for wellness. Dr Else was amazing. I have never had such great treatment at an urgent care. Highly recommend.

I was visiting family when my knee became very challenged and painful. I called the nearest Bone & Joint location where a very caring woman listened to me and then referred me to the urgent care which supported immediate walk-in appointments. I had a wonderful experience while there and feel that I received the most personalized and expert care. The reception was great, the x-ray services awesome, and Mindy was fabulous. Her expert knowledge complemented with her wonderfully caring explanation and treatment options for my issue put me at such a comfort level. In a matter of 24 hours I feel like I am very close to full recovery. Thank you very much.

We were able to be seen in a timely manner. The staff was very cordial. Dr. Ray was very competent. She knew how to care for my back and knee issues. I was extremely happy with her nice manner. I can add that her nurse was also competent and very nice. If I need to be seen for my back and/or knee issues again I will definitely go back there and ask for Dr. Ray.

😠 Lady who got us in back room was very rude and unprofessional. I asked about how long it would be before we were seen and she was very rude and told us if we can’t wait the we are more than happy to reschedule. 🫤 You know, being a doctor means many things. Means having to not only tell people what their diagnosis is, but also what their diagnosis isn't. What I can say about this facility, is it was very clean, very organized. The assistants were nice and friendly. The doctor I had began to be a very honest p...

😠 The lady who sits on the right at the orthopedic urgent care check in is the rudest, unsympathetic, unhelpful person and should not be working in the medical field.
