The
urgent
care
was
efficient.
The
reason
I
am
giving
3
stars
is
from
being
rushed
and
how
my
son
was
treated.
There
were
maybe
4
other
patients
and
but
they
rushed
and
were
lacking
bedside
manners
(the
nurse
and
X-ray
tech).
My
main
complaint
was
that
when
leading
me
back
to
my
room
the
X-ray
tech
walked
too
fast
for
me
to
keep
up(I
was
in
for
a
hip
injury).
He
was
well
aware
that
my
mother
and
1.5
year
old
were
in
the
room
waiting
for
me
and
yet
he
threw
the
door
open.
No
knock
to
let
them
know
he
was
coming
in
even
though
I
just
said
my
son
would
be
“clawing
at
the
door”
for
me
because
he
is
protective
of
me
and
attached
to
me.
The
tech
threw
the
door
back.
I
heard
a
thud
and
he
yet
he
kept
pushing
he
only
realized
what
happened
when
my
mom
was
comforting
my
son.
No
apology.
I
checked
my
son
and
held
him
as
the
tech
left
the
room.
My
son
had
welts
across
his
foot.
Thankfully
he
took
his
sandals
off
and
the
door
went
over
his
foot.
If
the
sandals
were
on
then
his
poor
toes
would
have
been
in
worse
shape.
The
tech
came
back
to
ask
how
he
was
after
he
must
have
told
someone
what
happened
because
I
could
hear
his
voice
outside
the
door.
I
said
he
had
welts
on
his
foot.
The
tech
said
“well
he
is
moving
them
that’s
good”.
I
was
trying
to
keep
my
cool.
After
the
tech
left
I
went
to
the
nurse’s
station
and
asked
for
a
cold
pack.
The
nurse/assistant
that
triaged
me
got
a
pack
and
wrapped
it
in
an
ace
bandage
while
I
was
standing
there.
But
then
said
she
would
bring
it
to
me.
We
waited
in
the
room
for
just
over
5
minutes
and
she
brought
in
the
pack
with
the
ace
bandage.
Don’t
know
why
she
didn’t
give
it
to
me
before
or
why
we
had
to
wait
longer
for
it.
Guess
they
don’t
care
about
kids
here.
It’s
one
thing
to
be
rude
to
me,
rush
me
and
not
care
about
me.
But
my
son?
As
soon
as
the
tech
ran
my
son
down
with
the
door
someone
should
have
given
him
a
cool
pack
especially
when
I
said
he
had
welts.
The
urgent
care
doctor
was
very
nice
but
the
treatment
of
my
son
has
left
me
very
unhappy.
Who
doesn’t
knock
on
a
door
in
a
medical
office?
Who
throws
a
door
open
in
a
medical
office?
Or
keeps
pushing
the
door
when
you
hit
someone?
