This was my first visit to establish a new dentist as my previous one had retired. When I arrived, I paid for the service of x-ray, exam and cleaning. I did get the x-ray and exam, but did not get the cleaning, as I was told I needed additional treatment. I have not ever been to an initial dentist visit and not received a cleaning, one in which I did pay for, only to be told I need to come back for a much more costly procedure. I was offered a refund, but it's not about the money, its about doing what you say you are going to do and honoring the service that was initially agreed upon, while I was there, except to be told I need to set another appointment to come back. Very disappointing for a first time visit. If you are considering this establishment, I would encourage you to make sure you understand that you may not get what you paid for upon arrival. I was only told this after I had paid. Come on, Perfect Smile, I know you can do better.

Woke up and thought I saw a cavity on my pearly whites, called around to maybe 5+ different dentist offices and Perfect Smile Tulsa was the ONLY ONE who could see me that day. When I arrived, I was greeted in the most polite and professional manner. This was a trend throughout my entire visit and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Thank you all again! Can’t wait to see you for my checkup!

I had a good experience with the staff. My dental intake gave me a great tour of the facility. The dentist (mark) told me a corny tooth brush joke. Mark. Keep your day job. I had a great experience and enjoyed the hospitality.

Getting preventative dental care from Dr. Davis is great. He and his staff are very friendly and the appointments are generally very quick. This visit had a very short wait and close to my scheduled appointment time. I’ve seen Dr. Davis for close to 18 years now.

Dr. Davis has been my dentist for over 25 years. He and his staff have always been professional, helpful and kind. The office activities allow and coordinate specific treatments, the available times for each treatment plan and offer a method to help as many people as possible for those who work, tend a family or need additional services. This office has never let me down. I know whatever my latest tooth crisis may be, Dr. Davis and his staff will fix my problem!

I was very impressed with the actual staff that works in the facility. Very nice and professional. However, Angela that works in the area where you determine how to pay uses business tactics similar to a used car salesman. She tells you what you want and need to hear. She got over $800 from me before I was informed my credit wasn't good enough to have the procedure done. Now she won't even return my phone call. She preyed on someone who needed services done and left me screwed. Sad part is she honestly believes she did nothing wrong. But I guess that's expected if you prey off people's needs and have no soul. If you have the money, have them do your services. If not, make sure you have the facts UP FRONT and do not let Angela prey on you like she did me.

I received my routine cleaning today. All staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I left feeling that I finally found the best of both worlds, friendly and competent staff. Dr. Mark Davis goes above and beyond to make sure you’re confident in your smile! ❤️😃

Guess what got my teeth cleaned yesterday after this place told me that I would have to have a very expensive procedure done 1st it would’ve costed me over 1k plus I had really bad gingivitis before they would do it. LIES!!! I hate business that try to get $ out of you and your insurance while not taking care of your needs 1st!!! I ended up cracking a molar that needed work all bc this place not only provided me a single working class mother of two an unreachable treatment plan but the old azz dentist touched my hair 2x after I told him not to the 1st time. Went to get two 2nd opinions and a fixed my molar n got my teeth cleaned with a workable treatment plan. My gingivitis wasn’t as severe as this place scared me into thinking (for $$$) but is reversible in 2 weeks. Thanks but no thanks #perfectsmile telling all of my disgraceful & bad taste experience. Wish I would have read these comments ahead of time!!! You cookie monsters!!!!
