This was our first time experiencing something like this and needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled through the entire experience. There's so many combinations you can make with different flavors to boot. The service was beyond helpful and everything was amazing. However, Reservations are A MUST. Otherwise, it could be a couple hours before you can get in. Hope this helps! 👍

Loves the cheese dips and chocolate dip the best! The meats were tasty but a professional chef would have done much better! Our server Michael was wonderful, funny, chatty. Enjoyed the magic tricks! It was a good evening!

We went here for a date night. Service was excellent and our server was Pearl. We ordered The loaded potato fondue, charcuterie board, Steak lovers/CYO entrees, and banana's foster for dessert. All the food was delicious! Portion sizes for the entrees are not huge, but still very good for what you receive. The manager stopped by to check on our meal was (what happened to this gesture because I don't see it anymore..) My only real complaint is that it took 20-25 minutes to get two drinks from the bar.. I would've ordered more drinks, but we were almost to main course when we received ours. Hard to get a buzz going with that slow of service. We try many different places, cheap to expensive, this place is excellent for the price and quality of the food. The booth we sat in was secluded and felt like we were the only ones in that area. Pearl (our server) was very attentive and accommodating. The preparation for our dessert even included a little show (see video) We will be back based on food, customer service, and overall experience. Thank you!

All together it was a fun and different then usual outing. I would definitely make sure you have time to enjoy each piece of the meal as it’s not a quick dine n go. Katy our server was busy, but kept up and made sure the meal was great. I would recommend The Melting Pot to a friend, not for the average outing but a great spot for a date night.

Admittedly we had a not so wonderful experience a couple of weeks ago. I left a review previously about that visit. The manager called me the very next day and asked for the chance to make it right. We agreed to try it again and let me just say that they all completely redeemed themselves!! We had a waiter named Jesse and he was amazing and the food was fantastic!!! We’ve been visiting this restaurant regularly for over 11 years together and have never had a bad experience until that last time. I’m so glad we decided to come back as it is one of my favorite restaurants. Thank you to all of the staff who made this visit a wonderful one!! ❤️ I truly appreciate you!

I got the alpine cheese and didn't really care for it. The Ceasar salad was okay, the pine nuts were delicious. For dessert, I got the banana foster, and like it with the bananas only. It seems they mixed the sugar for the sweet tea with cold water, as the top wasn't sweet and the bottom of the glass was overly sweet and you could see the sugar swirling around. I would go again and try different items.

This was a birthday dinner to be remembered. My husband took me and we had a blast choosing cheeses, cooking our meats and dessert was chocolate fondue fabulous. We chose to use a red wine broth to cook our steak feast in and had a great time doing so. Choosing dipping sauces and loosing pieces of meat in the pot to eat veggies with The Melting Pots special house seasoning. Our waiter, Jesse was entertaining, thorough in explaining the procedure and very attentive to our needs. We will go back again to try more cheeses, cooking methods and desserts .

Highly recommend this place. Our server Dianna was perfect! She was nice and fun and she got us whatever we needed and always made sure to check up on us. The food was amazing. If it’s your first time I’d suggest to get the 4 course meal for sure it’s a lot of good and your looking at $150 or so but it was so good and there was so much food. We ended up taking a lot home. It’s definitely a bit pricey but for the atmosphere of the place was so nice and enjoyable. The service was spectacular and my overall experience was amazing. If you’re debating on going just do it you won’t regret it!

Came to have date night before I go on my trip. When I made the reservation, I reserved for Thursdate. When we got to the table, there were 2 candles and rose petals (I was surprised). It was a nice touch. Taylor was our server. He was friendly and made conversation. He made sure to check on us periodically. He didn't make us feel like we had to rush any part of our meal. We got everything in a timely manner. Taylor was easy going and great to talk to and make jokes with. Food was delicious. The Yin and Yang chocolate fondue is the best of both worlds. Perfect service!!! (Not sure about the others.. didn't see them- JUST kidding-inside joke).

My husband and I went to The Melting Pot for the first time and it was great! Our server was Lesly and she was truly amazing! She said she was new but, you wouldn’t have even of know! She took great care of us and we are so thankful we were placed with her! Not to mention she is an amazing artist!

This is such a fun place to go! We did the “Big Night Out” and everything was delicious. THE DESSERT FONDUE IS A MUST!! Our waitress, her name starts with a “V” (please forgive me for forgetting) was INCREDIBLE! She told us that she’s only been working there for a few weeks, but she was very knowledgeable on the menu items and very nice! She found out that we’re both pilots so she drew an airplane on our dessert plate...absolutely adorable!

First time eating at a melting pot, and I can't wait to go back. We had such a fun time. Everything we had was delicious, especially the dessert. Service was great, and our server did an awesome job explaining how everything worked.

Had an amazing 5 course celebration meal with my wife for her birthday. Everything from the setting to the service was top notch. We tried frying our meats for our main course and had a little trouble but we got the hang of it. Will definitely come back.

Came in for our Valentines night dinner with our double date that hasn't ever been in and our reviews before coming were over excessed Bessie was a great help with explaining everything, was very polite and attentive.

Our server was super kind and attentive to our table of 8. They gave us no issues or rudeness about the teacher discount they were offering. Even brought out cute little plates that said "thank you for all you do" with our desserts. We all left full and happy.

Let me tell you what a great birthday celebration we had at the Melting Pot. We started off with the loaded potato cheese fondue which was delicious. The blue cheese spinach salad was delicious. The meat lovers and original gave us the meat sweats but in a good way. Lol. And the flaming turtle chocolate fondue was the best way to end the night. Our server, Christian, and the server in training were so attentive and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great evening.

I just wanted to voice my appreciation for the AMAZING service we received from server Taylor and manager Becka at the Riverwalk location in Jenks. Taylor went above and beyond to explain the menu and make sure everything was perfect for a special date night. He was friendly and made small talk with us that made it feel like we were eating with close friends/family vs just a restaurant. His manager, Becka was out walking the floor and checking in with guests vs being off in a back room. She checked in with our table twice during our visit. These two are amazing and helped make our evening a special one. We will definitely be back!

Went here four our wedding anniversary last night. The service was amazing. The food was delicious. There was a lot of food in the 4 course meal. Almost didn't make it to dessert.

Our first experience at the Melting Pot was great! It was our Anniversary and our server Chloe S made it very special and put some personal touches to it! The food was delicious and the Love Martini was probably the best drink I've ever had. Thank you for a memorable evening!

As always the food is great but right now they have a limited menu. We asked for Fiesta cheese, nope we don't have it. We want white chocolate, nope we don't have it. They changed their tea also. When I politely spoke to the manager he was pretty like, too bad. Also he said the menu was changing on Wednesday.

Decided to come here for an anniversary dinner. Emma was our server and she was fantastic! The food was amazing and the experience was so fun!!! It was nice to get to chat, cook, and eat together! Highly highly recommend the melting pot!

Zadok was phenomenal! Took my wife for her birthday and it was a night to remember. He was very informative of the different menu options and checked on us often. Will be back soon and will be requesting him. Wonderful food and such a different experience than you can find anywhere around Tulsa.

My husband and I went for our Anniversary and we had an amazing experience! Jennifer was our server and made our first outing to the Melting Pot an excellent one! We were in a secluded booth, with rose petals, candles, with plates that they wrote on wishing us a happy anniversary - and Jennifer was so attentive we felt like VIPS. We did the 4 course dinner for two - the Spinach Artichoke Cheese with the charcuterie board was stellar. We loved that Jennifer explained what she was adding to the cheese as she mixed it in front of us - and all of the dippers went excellent with the cheese. For drinks we had the Love Martini and Melting Pot Mule - both of us agreed the drinks were excellently crafted. For our salads we both had the california, also excellent. For the Entree my husband had the Steak Lovers and I had the build your own with Steak, Duck, and Tuna. We both thought that the entree was small - until we started eating on it - it was very filling especially with bottomless veggies! We really appreciated the QR code with timers that was provided, and the many dipping sauces for the entree, the curry and plum sauce...so good. For desert, we chose the Yin Yang - and the dippers with the chocolate... AMAZING. Overall we had an excellent experience and will return for other special occasions.

Cora was the best! She asked us super fun questions the whole time! We didn’t tell her it was our 3 year anniversary, but she made us feel so special even without knowing! She wrote cute little stuff on our plates about our wedding in 3 months. She’s such a sweet girl and we would definitely love to have her again!

We just had an absolutely amazing dinner. Our server was Diana W. and she just made the entire experience lovely and wonderful. We told her my friend had just done an ice skating competition and she made these adorable decorations for us. We will definitely be back and would request her again for sure.

Came for dinner Valentine's week and, after enjoying our experience, it was easy to see why this place was so packed. The food was great, but I have to say that our server, Christian, sent our experience over the top. He was polite, professional, charming and funny. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel like we were his only table. Will 100% be requesting him by name when we return.

Buyer Beware: I have been to this location three times in around 10 Years. Each time I have been over charged. It is just what they do. They charged us for an extra person the first two times. During this visit our waiter didn’t want us to see the receipt so he filled out all the information on his handheld when we paid including selecting the 20% tip. We gave it to him anyway, but what happened to values. The Melting Pot always comes out on top! Never Again! They will comment on this review! Don’t let that fool ya! Is it worth it?

This place is absolutely amazing. 100% make a reservation during the weekend. 100% expect it to take at least two hours. It was definitely an eating experience more than a sit down meal.

Our server was Bailey, whom did an excellent job on explaining the process with a little side flavor of conversation and levity. I highly recommend the restaurant for those special nights. My daughter Leslie took me out for my 67th birthday. What a great time, beautiful flowers on the table, great service and food was great as usual. The lady seating people was kidding with us about singing and then stopped by our table and sang happy birthday beautifully. Made a special night extra special.

my wife and I have not even made it there yet. We were called last night by a very rude woman confirming our reservation. My wife is excited to go, so we will still be going to try it out, but if the service is anything like the phone call, it's going to be a list meal. I kind of feel like they wanted us to cancel to get a buddy in, can't prove that though. wish us luck, will let you know.

This place has went down hill. The server suggested what he liked and was extremely pushy. This was a Valentines day date which was suppose to include chocolate covered strawberries this was not provided. We asked on our way out and waited for over 5 minutes with no sever or assistance in sight. After patiently waiting we told the front desk person to forget it and walked out. The portions are small for a $96 dollar meal for two people. My husband woke up the next day extremely sick! We believe at this point it was the food. Extremely dissatisfied and not happy will not go back.

This place normally holds find dining experience for us, we recently went for our anniversary and was a little put off by the service. Our waiter at first was nice and than said to us "oh I see you're repeat customers so I don't have to go into all the details or explanations". The beginning of the meal our food was coming out timely, the end after main course we sat and waited til we thought we had been forgotten.

I've never eaten at a place like this. It is truly one of the more unique places in Tulsa for sure. Its uniqueness is worth the price. Seating, for the most part is secluded allowing for nice private dining. I would recommend as a special treat. If you want to surprise someone who is used to about everything else, this is definitely the place to go. The atmosphere is for couples or double dates, not really for massive groups IMO.

I took my wife there for her Birthday and it was an all around wonderful dining experience! Guys they can have flowers on the table for you if you call and make a reservation! The flowers and card were great. The food was amazing and Vanessa our server did a fantastic job, she was a great help describing the different choices. It is a very romantic setting with plenty of time to visit. Give it a try.

Their staff is always super friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing, and it just really makes an awesome "fancier" date night. Bailey (sp?) Was amazing! He was so full of energy and had the best recommendations!

Tonight my wife and i went to celebrate our 7 year wedding anniversary and i have to say, i was absolutely astounded by the quality and level of service from our waiter, Hunter. It was some of the best service i have ever received at a restaurant. The crew tonight even drew a card for us. The assistant manager came and introduced herself and checked on us and on top of that all of the food was exceptionally well prepared and delicious.
