You may be skeptical of a place with such a high rating and so many reviews, but it's legit. They operate differently than other jewelry stores. No pressure, straight forward pricing, and a great selection. The staff is nice and knows what they are doing. It's the only place I go in town anymore to get diamonds for my wife. They offer natural and lab grown diamonds to make sure it fits your budget. They also customize her engagement ring for me a few years ago and it has held up magnificently. High quality stuff

I inherited my Grandmother’s diamond ring several years ago. I went in to have my rings cleaned and polished. I learned that my wedding ring needed to have the brackets replaced around the diamond at a minimal cost. The staff were very professional and cleaned my necklace as a courtesy. My wedding ring now sparkles again and I am very pleased!

I just love Israel Diamond. They helped my husband design the perfect engagement ring when we got engaged & have helped us add two bands to the ring that accent it just beautifully! They care for their clients & have amazing service! I love that I get my ring cleaned so much for free & twice a year, they deep clean & thoroughly inspect it. I’m always concerned I will loosen prongs & loose diamonds, so this is a plus! They’ll also teach you how to properly care for your jewelry when you purchase. I cannot express enough to listen to their advice!! I have followed it from day one & my ring looks brand new after 5 years!

I refer them to anyone looking, stay away from retail, this is the best bang for your buck and I love my purchases! Don’t forget to insure your purchase with your insurance company with the appraisal they give you! I only paid $5 a month for coverage and lost my wedding set, insurance paid and I went back to Israel Diamond for a replacement. Happy Customer!

Went here about 20 years ago to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring. Ranna helped us then and it was refreshing to see her again after all these years. These guys are incredible. They listen and make recommendations based on your budget. They are NEVER pushy like other stores and the quality of their craft is above standard. They always have a smile and seem interested in each of their clients. Perhaps this was a rare experience, but my wife was able to design a new ring for our 25th anniversary and they had it completed in just a few days. As long as Israel Diamond is around, we will recommend them to everyone. Hands down! You can look at other places if you want but you’ll be wasting your time.

Their customer service is without match, and they didn't try to sell me on the highest priced items. They listened to my questions about diamonds and answered them all and showed me many options. When my fiancé came to see the diamond and pick out the setting, they were very helpful and she picked out exactly what she wanted. Their prices are also something to take note of. We had also been to a jeweler in Dallas and the same type of ring there was far more expensive than at Israel. Their diamonds are top notch and high quality. The ring sparkles in any lighting and my fiancé gets compliments wherever she goes. I will recommend them to anyone I meet and plan to return for other items.

Brought my wedding ring in to have a prong repaired prior to a 50th anniversary trip and to purchase a new ring for my husband. Israel does a fantastic job. I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring there back in July of 2021, and the ring came in faster than expected and looked even better than I envisioned. I just picked up a wedding band for my fiancé yesterday and it’s perfect. The sales reps are very cordial and helped me find exactly what I needed within my price range. They didn’t try to cudgel me into buying above my price range and actually saved me a bit of money. Have purchased 4 pieces of jewelry from here (engagement ring, 2 tennis bracelets, and a men’s wedding ring). Pricing is so much better than retail stores and much higher quality … you literally get twice the diamond size and quality for almost half the price.
