Very poor service, poor customer interaction, poor management.. There is no any person to response customer's query. I got dented bike from royal enfield just inform to royal enfield person Manoj yadav but no any response from their end. Also bike not available at the showroom on booking date & no any prior information given by royal enfield team. After whole day waiting I got dented bike on thier head.. Very very bad experience from balanganj royal enfield showroom.

Worst service station I have come across.. They only ask their customers to give 5 stars and force them to do so.. I am having a Gunmetal grey 350 Classic.. I have serviced here for 2 times and the catch is the water wash and service will look great but only for few days and after a week the bike will always gives the same trouble you had previously and also new issues arises..I’m really disappointed with this showroom.. I had starting trouble and they suggested to change battery and I have changed and still not resolved and I have issues on Engine off while running and they have never resolved it and the engine, petrol indicator on the display never goes off or blinks and they never resolved it for me…side stand sensor issues was there and they didn’t resolve unless I went for the delivery time and checked and told them then again they kept me waiting for 2 hours…Never trust the reviews and go…
