Such a wonderful place to have date especially. Easily accesible along with less crowded space even being in the busiest place in New Delhi. Eatables are a little bit expensive but drinks are worth it ! Personal reccomendation :- veg toast ♥️ 4 rating because of lack of restroom

Worst service ever at a coffee shop... Don’t go there. Ordered a cappucino and a large filter coffe (written on the menu as large filter coffee as well). The order came in two identical sized small paper cups. My filter coffee was with milk and sugar without even asking anything like if i wanted milk or sugar. When i asked about it, they said in a rude way that filter coffee is always with milk and that i should have ordered americano if i wanted just black. I asked where is it mentioned in the menu... Of course it wasnt mentioned anywhere. I also asked it was supposed to be a ‘large’ filter coffee but these cups are both small... They showed me a smaller cup saying ‘we serve standart filter coffe in this cup, yours is large’. They were all rude saying these and didnt try to do anything clearly seeing i’m not happy with the service i’m having... One more thing, not a big thing but not professinal as well, they charged 5 ruppes more than what it was written as the price on the menu... Will never have anything here and will not suggest anyone as well... If there was an option to give zero stars, i would do that...

There was literally a cockroach at the restaurant where i was sitting. They need to work on hygiene.

Had a very good experience at this outlet of CCD. The frappe we had was at par with any other place. Keep it up!

We loved the frappe we ordered.. It's a nice and cozy place.. the only negative is the absence of a washroom... That's a basic amenity that must be present...

My parents visited this place to meet someone. They are not much aware of the menu. So they asked for simple tea... The staff refused that there is no menu which starte@29. Then they asked for 4 cups of simple coffee and didn't bothered to check the menu.. staff served Ethiopian coffee that too double shot .. Staff wants to loot people who are new to place. Pathetic from CCD

Travelled for 5 hrs to find this coffee shop, paid 500 bucks only to get get denied for washroom. Horrible experience.

One of the worst experiences ever for the most basic drink, cappuccino. It felt as if coffee frozen due to Monsoon was dipped in the cup and removed, just in time to give the colour. Whether the flavour is there or not, the cafe is just not concerned anymore. Sheer waste of money...nothing more!!

The place is perfect for a cup of coffee. Prompt delivery, and attentive service. But it lacks a restroom which I feel is a drawback.

Went for an official meeting & the place turned out to be so loud & the staff very unprofessional, kept on roaming around the table it was so so disturbing. The crowd was also very loud, spoilt the whole meeting. The experience was overall very disappointing as compared to visits in other branches.

Please don’t waste your precious money and time on this coffee shop, they don’t have washroom facility for their customer, also the tables were not clean and when I told them to clean the table they told me that their AC is leaking

Today morning we visited ccd CP Delhi & had to leave that place because of rude service staff, we ask her to place the order & she replied that she cant take our order as she is busy with online orders with a rude tone, felt like she don’t want any customer. Very pathetic

Cafe Coffee Day is a great option for personalised items and even if you intend to grab something other than coffee.

This CCD is on Sansad Marg, quite small but a peaceful place to hangout.

I went to drink coffee and after that ask for a washroom. They told me it’s doesn’t work saying there is no water supply and it’s dirty. They send me to Macdonalds. After me saying that my coffee is on the table my backpack is here why should I go different restaurant they allow me to go toilet. What a surprise the water was there and the toilet was acceptable clean. Don’t understand such a lying 🤥 also there was no cakes at all. Worst coffee day shop in Delhi.

Really love all the CCD and its offering. I visited this ccd named Ccd computer mart besides Madame Tussads Connaught Place. I must admit out of all the ccd’s this has become my fav. As this is small and so cosy, that you can share a real private space with ur buddy or loved one in here. Sip a coffee and talk it out. Just one suggestion i have uploaded a pic below... do watch it, it has a nimbo paani in it... its ccd summer drink... i will never order this again. Chaahe jo bhi ho if you are an indian then you wud not like to have a nimbu paani for 200 buks.. hope u get what i wanted to say.
