We booked an apartment for one night in Sarajevo. We received a booking confirmation. when we arrived at the address (an hour before the lock due to covid measures) we found a locked apartment, called the owner who told us that he does not rent at all in that period and that he can not help us to find other accommodation

Tv ne radi, dlake u kadi, kuhinja bez osnovnog pribora za jelo i kuhanje. Jedino krevet dobar

The details of the apartment not same as the Description in booking. Com, not included ( toiletries, toilet paper, hair dryer, iron, towel, slippers and more), upper floors accessible by stairs only there is no elevator, when we checked in there was Stool in the bathroom?! The place needs cleaning, the wifi Interrupt most of the time

موقع مناسب يبعد عن المطار 5 دقائق تقريباً وبالقرب منه ممشي بالقرب من نفق الحياة وقريب من جامع الملك فهد يوجد به موقف للسيارة ضيق قليل ولكن يكفي اربع سيارات تعامل صاحب الشقة فوق الممتاز ويتميز بأخلاق عالية ومتواضع يتقن الانجليزية
