The best vegan place in Sarajevo. Food is delicious. We had broccoli soup with cashewnut cream, creamy pasta with veggies and two magnificent cakes, purple beauty and matcha cake with hazelnuts. Everything was very tasty. Prices are very reasonable, even too low for this quality (eg pasta is 3€) Staff is very pleasent. Recommended!

Some of the best vegan food I've eaten. Freshly prepared and very tasty. Well worth finding the place. Update 29.8.23 Food is still as good as ever. There are new additions to the menu since we last visited which we tried and are very good. I would have taken photos but we were hungry and the food looked so good...

Small place with incredibly nice owners and great vegan food and drinks (smoothies and coffee). A little off the beaten tracks but I do highly recommend the detour.

If you go here, you need to try some of their cakes, seriously it's the best place for cakes you can find in Sarajevo. No sugar, no flour, only natural ingredients. Healthy and delicious. My friends usually say it's the only vegan food they tried and actually liked. I recommend 'Ljubicasta ljepotica' cake, but all are great. Also the owner is very friendly and dedicated. 🍀

This is by far the best vegan restaurant in sarajevo. It’s a small family business, in a kind of hidden place, with an healthy, vegan, sugar-free and part gluten-free concept. The atmosphere is really nice, not too loud and the owners are super nice and talkative. It’s also easy to get there by car because of the good parking facilities. Its not so expensive, the portions are also perfect and enough to make u just full. We ordered the classic burger, the classic falafel salad ,the classic buddha bowl, the polenta bowl, orange-ginger juice and extra 4 falafel and yogurt. As dessert we ordered the strawberry smoothie, the forest berries smoothie, the carrot cake cheesecake and the almond cheesecake. (We paid 40€ for everything.) But that’s only a small part of all the foods they’re offering. Everything was so delicious and perfect! If you’re searching for vegan or healthy restaurants in sarajevo, I would really suggest this place. It’s also the perfect spot to just have coffee, lattes or vegan raw cakes with friends. :)

I had a vegan cappuccino. And they serve it with water with a little piece of lemon. It was just delightful and if you crave vegan coffee-options, it’s one of the only places in Sarajevo that serves it :). Service was nice and very helpful. I will come here for dinner too!

Zelena Sredina is hands down the best vegan restaurant in Sarajevo. Their spicy falafel and spicy burger are my favorite. However, everything I have tried here has been delicious. They also have a really great selection of vegan cakes that are made by the owner herself. The owner is currently running the entire restaurant by herself so if you come during the lunch rush you might have to be a little patient, but it is definitely worth it.

I have ordered 2 times from them and both were so delicious. I’m not vegan/vegetarian, I just like good food. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work!

100% vegan food! High quality ingredients and amazing cooking skills. We ordered 2 soups, 2 mains and 2 desserts. Everything was spectacular. We paid around 40 km for everything and we left with a pretty full stomach.

The owner was super nice. She was a very good hostess. The food was really super tasty and well priced! We had breakfast here and the food consisted of fresh ingredients. I have never had such a delicious and fresh apple juice in my life. I recommend everyone to come here and have a great meal!

The place is located on first floor of the building. You take stairs and there is lovely quiet and local atmosphere. Everything we had was super but the winter queen cake was unforgettably amazing. Cake’s menu is changing everyday, you can ask owner what she has for the day you visit:) I would come back to this place 200% next time I’m in Sarajevo. Thank you for the amazing food experience!

Every time I come here, I sit much longer than I planned, and order way more than I thought I would or needed😂The place is cozy, far away from the main street, music is chill, people who work are really nice, and the presentation of the food is really beautiful. I don't know where to start with enlisting everything I tried so far, but since I am a Balkan person, I would say to every foreigner to go for: pura! (a vegan twist of Balkan breakfast/dinner choice). The base might be just polenta but everything that goes on top makes the whole thing simply yum! (their sour milk and veggies and nuts) 🧡 And a friendly tip: don't leave without trying one of their cakes, esp. the raspberry cheesecake! ❤️
