My husband and I did 2 tours (Sarajevo City Tour + Personalized Hercegovina Tour) with Kathi and Numa and really loved them both! There's so much to see and do in Sarajevo and the rest of Bosnia & Herzegovina and we really wouldn't have seen/learned so much without their assistance. Plus getting the cultural/historical context from a local really tops it off. Lovely people, great tours. Highly recommend!

This city tour in Sarajevo is amazing, look no further. Numa & Kathi, the guides, are super knowledgeable and will point out every interesting bit around you without being overwhelming, which is hard to find especially when there's so much ground to cover. They take small groups so they can really focus on you so you'll have a personalized experience instead of being lost in a herd. My wife and I were so happy we chose this tour. Super recommended.

I can't recommend the Urban Hike tour enough! It was a perfect blend of urban exploration and nature escapades. The guide led us through Sarajevo's picturesque neighborhoods, where we witnessed the harmonious coexistence of different cultures. We booked a city tour with Cheyf and it was super interesting! Numa lead us through Sarajevo and is a very experienced guide and also a super friendly guy. He spoke very openly about his own experiences and answered all our questions. We tasted Bosnian baklava, had a Bosnian coffee and tasted some cheese and meat at the market. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone. It’s the best city tour we ever had (and we have had our fair share of tours in other cities and countries). Furthermore their website is a great help of understanding local culture. Thank you again for this great experience!

We booked our Bosnia and Herzegovina trip with .Cheyf and it was just the best. We had both activities in Sarajevo as well as a trip through the country. We relied on their tips where to go and what to see and it was absolutely worth it. When you are in Sarajevo, I highly recommend all tours they offer in person. We did the urban hike which came with the best food and the city food tour which gave super intending insights into the city, cults and food.

Our family group trip was an incredible experience. Through the eyes of Kathi and Numa, we got a glimpse of the beauty of Bosnia. They opened a window that gave us a sense of how much the country has to offer. Every day was special, but the highlight for me was the ajvar BBQ evening with Numa's parents. Thank you for this experience – I hope to visit Bosnia again soon!

We booked a city walking tour in Sarajevo with Numa and it was a perfect introduction to the history and culture of Sarajevo (and Bosnia). Numa is extremely knowledgeable and happy to share everything he knows and also a lot of tips for further exploring the city and country. Whenever we visit other cities we enjoy taking a tour to learn more about the context and this is probably the best tour we ever had. We also enjoyed the small stops along the way to taste local products and coffee. We haven't used any of their other services but their website is also very helpful and based on everything I've seen, I'm sure the quality of their offerings is consistently high. 10/10! They are extremely knowledgeable, and they make the tour so that you get an understanding of the culture, the rich history, and also see all the hotspots. The guide Nermin is extremely friendly, very well spoken, and very knowledgeable. I am fully blind, and he always makes a tour that makes a lot of sense for me as a blind individual. I cannot recommend them enough, and once again, if you are looking for the perfect guide, this is where you want to go!

Mein Frau und ich haben im Zuge unserer Motorradtour durch den Balkan im Juni 2023 auch Sarajevo besucht und dort einen Tag vorher eine individuelle Stadttour bei Cheyf angefragt. Wij hadden een SUPER goeie trip in Sarajevo, het weer was niet al te best maar daardoor niet minder interessant. We hebben genoten van al het moois, zeer de moeite waard! :)

Excellent private tour. Kathi and Nermin were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a phenomenal days in Sarajevo and the rest of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We learnt about history, art, culture, food, jokes and much more. We are well traveled and have high standards, and we were very happy with our tour guide - they were great and spoke excellent English and German. Time and money well invested. I highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle vierstündige Tour durch Sarajevo. Wer dieses spannende und großartige Stadt erleben will, dem können wir diese individuelle Stadttour in kleinster Gruppe nur wärmstens empfehlen. I took the day trip to Lukomir and it was an amazing experience. Nermin has a lot of knowledge about his country so the trip is not just a hike in the mountains but also a crash course about the history and culture of Bosnia. Also the views of the Canyon are breathtaking and Lukomir is a very unique town that we discovered with no rush or hurries. I absolutely recommend the tour.
