We enjoy the place and the atmosphere. But the customer service is the worst in the city, almost every single time we go we get scammed especially if we go as a bigger group, they charge way more than what we drank and we've seen it happen with other people numerous times. Not to mention they'll get so aggressive if you try to argue about it and tell you to leave and not come back, specifically the skinny nerdy guy with the glasses and the stuck up lady who's always rude and just acts like she didn't realize she messed up the bill. Definitely not going there again.

Super tasty burgers at affordable prices. They have multiple meat options (such as beef and lamb), as well as a delicious vegetarian burger made from walnuts that I would choose over meat any day. It is also in a great location, just a short walk from Old Town.

One of the best burgers in town, wide range of beef, lamb and chicken burgers. They all come with fries and 4 or 5 sauces, and are reasonably priced. Also, huge variety of great cocktails. There are some nice craft beers also, but they are slightly more expensive than in other pubs.

Fav cocktail bar in Sarajevo! Whenever I go, cant end up on one cocktail! lol I recommend this place and defo try as many cocktails you can, so you can discover the perfect one. I made reservation for us and when we got there we have been told they lost it and gave our table to someone else. Staff apologized and found good spot for us in the end. Hope reservation wont be lost next time! :)

Absolutely best place to grab a drink in Sarajevo! Happy hour everyday (apart from Sunday) from 4pm to 6pm on the dot. FANTASTIC cocktails and amazing service, all the waiters are amazing and are an absolute delight. There is sometimes a wait (if you get in on a rush, obvi) but they make sure you're happy and take very good care of each and every one of their customers! Come here every Friday night, I recommend a reservation for Friday and the weekend, but you can also try your luck and just walk on in. Can't recommend this place enough, only downside is that their food is on the more expensive side, but other than that 5/5 every time!

I don’t usually take pics of my meals but this was too good to not post 🥹 I ordered Beef chilli burger without the patty and I think it was the best meal I had out in 2022 yet. Their chilli sauce is in the top 5 I have had. The staff is very friendly. Would recommend 10/10. I added a photo of my drink , literally forgot what it was but show them a pic 100000/10 God bless

I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your dining experience. There are certainly better options available. My recent visit to this restaurant was nothing short of a disappointment. Having traveled to 60 different countries, I've dined in various places, but I've never encountered such abysmal customer service. The bartender's behavior left much to be desired. When I was perusing the menu and waiting for my friend, who had gone to the restroom, the bartender rudely yelled at me and gave me an unpleasant stare when I informed him that I wasn't ready to order yet. This unprofessional behavior escalated when my friend later approached the bar, unaware of the earlier incident, and was also subjected to the bartender's unwarranted anger. I had to step in and request that he calm down, emphasizing that there was no justification for such hostility. To my surprise, he defensively mentioned that it wasn't about racism, which only added to the confusion and suggested that there might indeed be an issue of bias involved. Unfortunately, the disappointments didn't end with the service. The food quality was equally subpar. I ordered a Mexican burger that should have come with fresh guacamole, but what I received was clearly canned guacamole, lacking the expected freshness. My friend opted for the falafel salad, and the falafel itself was overly crispy, making it nearly impossible to enjoy. It was also overpriced. In light of my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring other dining options that offer better service and quality.

Save yourself the headache and avoid Blind Tiger for cocktails. The staff is unbelievably arrogant and rude, and they have no qualms about ripping you off. That blond guy, who clearly needs to address his anger issues and complete lack of manners, takes the prize for being the pinnacle of rudeness. Apparently, as visible here, countless others have shared similar experiences, and it's clear that this place doesn't care about their terrible reputation or the complaints about their awful service. Don't waste your money here. Find a different spot where you'll be treated with respect and won't have to deal with such shady people. You deserve better.

Average, slightly overpriced but tasty food. Would be willing to go here at different times with different crowds because the location is quite good, not far from Bascarsija. I had their beloved house lamb burger, and it came with a cup of 15 fries... kinda laughable but maybe it's normal. The server seemed very bored. The menu is extensive - so maybe the specific dish I ordered was the thing. The decor is like school playroom (think wooden desks) meets recent college grad with their first paycheck (think... weird funky sculptures that clash).

We went for cocktails which were very nice and very cheap! They had a large variety of drinks so I'm sure there is something for anyone. The staff were nice but a bit relaxed and service took a while. Overall very good experience!

Wow wow wow what a fantastic bar!! Denis (the menace) is the best waiter, so nice and organized even on crazy busy nights. We came here almost every day on our week long trip and were never disappointed. Best Bloody Mary’s we’ve had in all of Europe. Fantastic happy hour. Delicious vegetarian burgers. Honestly, I wish I lived in Sarajevo just so I could come here all the time. Thank you so much for being ‘our place’ ❤️

Pretty chill place I just can’t really stand the indoor smoking but it’s everywhere here. Good prices at happy hour two for one. Service is dependent on who you speak to but in general this place was pretty good. I’ve had much worse.

Best cocktails arguably in the whole of Sarajevo. Happy Hour is great and the atmosphere inside when it’s non-smoking is really good. However the food, specifically the burgers are not so special. They’re overpriced, a bit dry and bland tasting. Definitely not worth the money when you can walk 2 minutes and buy some delicious and cheaper cevapi from nearby Zmaj or the better burger places also nearby. The service is generally good. Most staff are super friendly and attentive. But whenever I go there is always one staff member who’s a bit mean sounding and just doesn’t want to be at work. They almost always serve my table which is just unlucky. Overall a great place to drink. Just avoid the food if you can. And if it’s smokey inside, especially in winter, as it’s almost entirely an indoor venue, then I’d also avoid the place.

Service was good food was good but the bartender almost accidentally overcharged us till my Buddy said something. No harm no foul. This is a solid place.

The food is amazing and Blind Tiger is the best place to go for a cocktail in Sarajevo. The pricing is a bit high, and you wait a lot of time to get served. Make sure to make a reservation before coming as it's packed 99% of the time.

Great food and drinks in Sarajevo. Maybe the best beer list we found in Bosnia, extensive and delicious cocktail list and the Bosnian lamb burger is delicious.

Prolly one of coziest spots in all of Sarajevo. The service is excellent, they got good cocktails, a good enough selection of beers (including craft) and food is also great (got vegan options). It can get too loud with the music but hey, you're there to drink and eat, riiiight?!

Burger is not bad... its kind of on a smaller side but much better and quite cheaper them BarSA burger for example. So yeah not going to win any awards but I definitely est it again next time I'm in a mood for a burger. If I honest much better and unique things to eat in Sarajevo but to each his own.

Drink selection is good, but this place probably has the worst service I have ever seen. It’s not always but at times we waited 30 minutes to get a drink. But more importantly the attitude is horrible. Making inappropriate comments, extremely inattentive and just plane rude. The only exception is a new waitress who worked for a while on the first floor.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Waiters are extremely sullen towards tourists. It takes over half an hour to place an order. Because the waiter never looks at my table. When I order, she forgets because she is chatting at the other tables. I'm going back to her again, she says she forgot the order and brings it late again. a source of embarrassment !!! They never apologize. Same as the bar staff. They are mocking the customer!!!

Bustling place center of the city, cool motifs and decor, place to grab a drink and a chat

It's an all right place. I met up with some friends here before we went out clubbing because one of them recommend it. We went inside and to the upstairs where we found ourselves a table. First impressions were cramped, old fancy. To explain all those, I said cramped because we had to ask people to move their chairs so we can pass. Old; because I had the feeling the chair was gonna fall apart when I sat on it and the table would shift if you put your hands on it ever so lightly. Fancy; because I saw a lot of dressed up teens and flashy decorations. But I do give credit where credit is due. It is very nicely decorated, the music isn't too loud so you can speak and the waiters were very polite. Personally the place is not my fit but I can see why it is appealing to so many people. I would recommend visiting

Lamb burger with blue cheese, top! I had three whiskey cocktails, where a bartender told me I could get drunk by having only one. Anywho, just a perfect way to start a night!

Nice atmosphere, staff is friendly enough. If you are really are into cocktails, this place tries but doesn't know how to make classic cocktails. Ordered a classic mojito which I returned, got a Moscow mule, neither were prepared correctly, ratio wise... I was also charged for both drinks (eyeroll). The place says it is a cocktail bar and sells shakers, you would expect the bartenders to know how to make decent cocktails.

This is the best cocktail bar with finger food in town. I would call this a very unique experience and that it's like a stateside bar with two floors and the workers are doing their best considering that they're always extremely busy... When a mistake was made in our order they comped half of our drinks... They were too nice... The bartender's, knew exactly about the unique drinks that I was asking for even if they didn't have it. And offered great alternatives... I highly recommend this place during the night.

I don't know why the past few reviews are leaving bad comments about the staff. I've had nothing but a great time there, as a local - cocktails and food is great, the menu is extensive and can even be difficult to choose from, cause it's so varied (not saying it's a bad thing). The staff is witty, charming and quick. It's a great place, favored by locals and tourists alike.
