Warning: I was told I was rude and that I couldn't buy any more drinks simply for asking for my change. The guy literally told me I can't get served anymore because I asked for change back. I'm a student and the change was like €1, which may not seem like a lot to some but the drink itself was only €1.50. Also when you're a student every euro counts, especially when traveling. The bouncer was very chill though, but that doesn't redeem the bar. If you're looking to be treated rudely for no reason other than expecting change then head here asap.

Now called Shelter Pub, a cavernous underground music venue with great beer selection. Comfortable to hang out alone or with friends new & old.

I love this place Live music,great atmosphere,cheap drinks! If you're a jazz music fan it's a must go.Plus the waiters know what they're doing and are really nice.

Great place for a daily coffee break or a weekend nights. Good music performances by local stars. Basement ambient with great service. Don’t miss this place in summer time when outdoor area in Stroßmayer street is active. No smoking area still not existing but effective ventilation compensates this missing feature.

Best pub in Sarajevo for sure they have every kind of beer and alcohol drink that you can imagine. Nowadays it's called shelter pub, but it keept it's look. Only name has changed. Every now and then there is live music and comedy nights. It's in the centre if Sarajevo and in the street where are all the best pubs. It's got outside area that is in front of Catholic cathedral. Outside tables look like barrels where whiskey is kept. It's just great place all and all.

I had such an epic time here! As I stood out as an American, I was very welcomed and their hospitality was incredible. A server that I had met at Vatra actually invited me here and I met the owner and members of the band that night. They made sure that I was having a good time. I honestly can't wait to go back. It was one of the best nights I ever experienced during my stay in Sarajevo!

The best place to tase any kind of beer you want. Now its called shelter. Very polite waitress and good prices.

We just tried the ice cream and it was fenomenal. Very creamy and not icy inside as some places serve. From this place, you have paradoxically direct look at the church that's one of the main attractions in Sarajevo. Friendly staff actuality, which is not so common as one would think in Bosnia, that is an other paradox as bosnians are known for their hospitality. I guess we are only friendly when we are not paid to be.

If you come here during the summer go to the underground part of the cafe its nice and cool there. Except that friendly staff and nice beverages. If you havent tasted it before try the schweppes tangerine

I just love this place. Is a coffee bar. There is no food served here. The staff is amazing and the service is just great. Besides the place is super cozy!

Orange juice 5BAM is disaster.. pure water and no ice at all..shame

İt's central location made this place good for a night performance during the week and of course weekends. Give it a try if you're looking for a place like this
