Absolute deliciousness! First, the music was fantastic. It was a wonderful mix a rhythmic, mellow jazz. I had the beef with gorgonzola and tomato soup and a wonderful Shiraz. Service was perfect. I did not make a reservation as I am ac solo traveler and had lunch here. It is a small space and so I would recommend making a reservation if there are several folks eating.

The restaurant is one of a kind in Sarajevo. They serve authentic Bosnian food but also international food. It‘s a little bit more pricey but the portions are still huge and the food tastes awesome. We has Bosnian bread, cheese and olives in olive oil, cornbread, kajmak, beef steak and grilled chicken and paid about 80 KM which is about 40€.

I would say hidden gem of a restaurant in Sarajevo. Starting with the fact, that even if you have an precise location pointed on your map, you will still have to look around to find it. The place is quite small, but very cosy, with even smaller kitchen. How are they managing to prepare all this delicious foods there, is for me an mystery. But they do manage, and what comes out it breath taking. The arrangement of the dishes and serving is well thought thru, looks appealing for the eyes and tastes even better. We went for olive and cheese appetizers, beef steaks with different sauces and lot of wine. Just go for the house wine and you will be more than satisfied. And personally,, I could not get enough of that special bread they were serving all the meals with. Great value for your money.

My husband and I had steak and stuffed eggplant (vegetarian dish) and homemade scone for dinner. The beef steak was tender and cooked just right. The eggplant was stuffed with vegetables and cheese and with such a good combination of spices that it offered a lot of taste even to me, who is not a vegetarian.

Friends that came here strongly recommended the place, the soups (vegetable and tomato soup) were divine. Also the polenta dish (quite a big portion). Two of us ordered the goulash and while one really loved it, the other’s had too many pepper balls, cloves, and star anises that would have overwhelming flavour when you bit on them. Mostly the restaurant was great, and good vibe. Make a reservation before coming, we saw them refusing many walk-ins.

We started with their homemade bread, four swirled rolls with a crusty exterior and a warm, soft interior. Then came the Country Platter, a charcuterie board of sorts for sharing. The selection of appetizers included smoked pork, spicy pork sausage, Travnik cheese, and warm cornbread, along with cucumbers, peppers, scallion, a spicy red pepper, and a whole tomato! My favorite components included the salty, crumbly Travnik cheese and the cornbread, which actually contained melted pieces of cheese, which added a salty unctuousness. Finally, we had the Squid, which was chopped and sautéed with potatoes in a white wine garlic sauce and served with chopped lettuce. Everything we had here was delicious and beautifully-presented, and the portions were extremely generous, especially given the prices!
