I’ve
had
really
bad
service
experiences
here
in
the
past
(waiter
kept
me
waiting
for
15
minutes
and
then
screamed
at
me
when
I
asked
if
he
could
reduce
the
volume
of
the
music
-
I
was
the
only
person
in
the
restaurant
that
time
and
was
trying
to
get
work
done
on
a
laptop)
but
kept
coming
back
because
of
the
food.
I
still
recommend
their
breakfast
as
far
as
these
things
in
Sarajevo
go.
It’s
not
half
bad.
But
having
now
tried
their
“signature”
beefsteak
entree
with
melted
cheese
for
35KM
and
the
Greek
salad
this
evening,
I
unfortunately
need
to
lower
my
rating
further.
This
is
not
at
all
good
food
-
for
the
price
or
otherwise.
The
“beefsteak”
I
asked
for
“medium
rare”
is
not
a
full
steak
but
just
a
few
slices
of
a
seemingly
quite
poor
cut
of
beef.
You
can
get
much
better
beef
just
by
going
to
the
butcher
a
few
blocks
away
in
Sarajevo.
The
“medium
rare”
I
asked
for
has
resulted
in
a
woefully
undercooked
and
cold
tasting
steak.
I
would
not
be
surprised
if
it
was
reheated.
The
mozzarella
melted
on
top
is
not
very
good
mozzarella
either.
The
only
thing
I
can
compliment
in
this
dish
are
the
roasted
potatoes
(essentially
fries)
and
the
sauce
the
chef
makes.
I
suppose
it
cuts
into
their
margin
less
to
keep
these
things
at
a
high
quality?
But
for
35KM
in
central
Sarajevo
this
dish
represents
neither
good
food
nor
good
value.
The
Greek
salad
I’ve
been
served
also
looks
distinctly
unappetizing
-
and
not
like
a
traditional
Greek
salad
(maybe
there
is
no
good
feta
in
Bosnia
because
of
import
restrictions?
But
I
still
suspect
they
could
have
prepares
this
to
be
more
traditional
/
better
looking
even
if
so)
-
but
I
will
update
this
review
if
it
tastes
better
than
it
looks.
