I don't mind the price, but getting poorly prepared pasta that can barely pass for a kid’s meal with hardly any cheese is ridiculous. Make sure to eat before ordering otherwise you'll be left hungry.

The most beautiful Vapiano restaurant in Europe. Excellent pizza, even better pasta. Excellent coffee and excellent desserts. Recommendation after meals to take ice cream. A phenomenal view and terrace, perhaps the best city location for the restaurant. A little more than average prices in Sarajevo is the only thing I would change.

Another excellent franchise got roots in Bosnia. Clean and tidy, spacious room with 50+ seats available. Offers starters, mains and desserts with decent choice of drinks. Fantastic view from glass walls and food made in front of you while queuing for it (unusual but funny). Food taste delicious and is not overpriced while the portion size is rather healthy then generous, which we didn't mind. Recommended

Cozy Italian pizza and pasta downtown

Lovely place to grab something to eat if you prefer Italian food, rather than something traditional that is on offer. You will not regret your visit here, since everything from the service to the drinks, and most importantly the food itself, is spot on. A lot of options from which you can choose from, and there is a level of personalization that I quite like, since you can choose a lot of different things when ordering. Decently priced, and the atmosphere is outstanding, so definitely stop by :)

Polo pikante is the best plate in Vapiano and probably in all Sarajevo. 🤓

It's a chain, so the good thing about it is that you can always find expected food and quality in Vapiano all over the world. On the other hand, there's nothing really authentic or special, or extraordinary over there. My husband had a very delicious pizza with spinach and pesto which he loved and I had a salmon salad, which wasn't so great. Avocado was not ripe enough and salmon cubes were small and dry.

The zucchini noodles themselves were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of bite. They were complemented beautifully by the rich and flavorful sauce. One thing I appreciated about this dish was how healthy and nutritious it was. The zucchini noodles provided a great alternative to traditional pasta.

What a fabulous restaurant located in a mall. It a a clean, bright, open space - and it has a bar for beer and wine. Essentially self-service; however, the pasta is made daily (and cooked to perfection) combined with fresh ingredients! I had the arrabbiata sauce and it was absolutely delicious with just enough spice to accentuate the other fresh flavours. The staff are terrific. I highly recommend treating yourself to an easy, relaxing and delicious meal here.

My daughter and I come here often. The quality of food and services have remained on a high level. Pepper and ginger soup is to die for. We absolutely love it. We usually take 2 dishes and share, mostly some salad like salmon or beef salad or/and a pizza. Our favourite pizza is a bit unusual, it is pesto with young spinich. I love the quality of the coffee as well, so I usually take latte macchiato with little almond-marcipan cookie.

The best. Their quality is always the same and it’s always great. Great service. Great coffee too. Love it!

Like any other Vapiano

the food is okay. i was shocked that chefs don’t wear gloves she literally cut a plant and put it on the pasta without wearing gloves. this is bad i mean i never felt this disgusted.

Centrally located inside Alta mall on the heart of the capital, They have a very good selection of deserts as well as the drinks in their menu and it all looks appetizing. You can easily detect the quality ingredients they used in making those desserts and drinks that we ordered. There is just a bit of waiting time because the place is full. The waitress that took our order and serve us is very pleasant.

Overpriced and unorganized. I asked for a whole different meal than the one I received. Also the portions are way too small for their price. The cook/waiter was very rude.

It was awful. I visited the Vapiano in other countries.but it was unfortunately terrible in here. Pasta was uncooked. Personel was rude. Never again.

I went for a diavolo pizza. It was mediocre at best. The concept of vapiano is novel, where you order at the hatch then collect yourself. The location is great and there's a wide selection.

One of a kind in BiH, otherwise standard Vapiano as you can expect anywhere else. On entry you get a plastic card, you "pay" with it whatever you order at various stations (i.e. it's self-service) and on exit you pay for the balance at the card. Each person has to have one, but you don't have to use it. They have good pizzas and big good coconut cake. In summer there is a little terrace with nice view of the part of the town. Rumours are that this restaurant is actually not operated by Vapiano but by local supermarket chain Bingo under Vapiano franchise. Edit: Summer terrace is now renovated and open.

It has large place to dine in. Serve mostly Italian food. If you seek pasta, pizza, salad and coffee then it is the place. When you come, the greeter will give you a card. You tap your card at any stations where your order your food. After you finish with your meal, before you go out, you can give back your card to the greeter and she will hand you the total amount of the bill that you have to pay. Different experience for your dine in. Unfortunately, they have this lamp decoration in the middle of the table, so it is quite difficult if you want to share your foods with friends on the table. A little suggestion, if only they can provide a self-service free tap water in one of the corner would be excellent.

Vapiano is Vapiano. Never disappointed.
