We were here for iftar, having quite high expectations for a restaurant with such top location. A total disappointment - food was served cold, they didn't even let us know iftar time has started but we figured it out from the home. The meals were bland, tasteless, ingredients substandard. Don't think this place will last long

Terrible. Don't go there. I ordered cevap and the cevap they gave me was almost completely uncooked and raw. The waiter disappeared and I couldn't even ask him about it. There are plenty of delicious restaurants in Old Town but this one was just terrible.

My husband and I are vegan. I ordered baked potato wedges and grilled vegetables. Both were very good. I had requested no salt, no oil, and my request was honored. My husband ordered vegetable risotto, and he said it was just okay. The rest of our party ordered meat dishes and they seemed satisfied with them, although the čevap wasn't up to standard. Our server was very attentive, prompt, and gave excellent service in every way.

Not the best cevapcici and meat but maybe we are not so big fans of balkan food💁‍♀️ price was ok for the old town.

Horrible service, the waiter was as rude as one can be. Also, the spinach soup was only “creamy” as advertised because it was a green watery liquid with TONS of uncooked flour in it. Completely tasteless and disgusting. But the waiter was somehow worse.

As I said, food is great here, atmosphere is excellent and don't expect service. It's best if you read a book, while you wait for your food, not to look at the behaviour of a waiter.

After the fact, my wife and I learned that this restaurant is some 500 years old, the oldest in Sarajevo we were told. The wait staff seated us promptly and we’re very inviting and courteous. In addition, they took our order in a timely manner. Both people who tended to us spoke very good English, given we did not speak Bosnian. Also the food was served shortly after ordering, and we were very pleased with with what we ordered—see photos. We were very satisfied with this restaurant and would eat here again if given the chance. We highly recommend it.

If you wait for 1 waiter 20 minutes is coming to you 20 min also arrive if you have a lot of time if you have a lot of time wait for the employer's employer to work a bit ....

We went there around 9:30 pm on Friday last week. No other guests, and we were a bit skeptical. But the waiter seemed friendly so we gave it a chance. Good decision, it turned out. Really nice food. One of the best risottos I've ever had to be honest. Recommended! (Five stars if the place didn't stink of cigarette smoke)

It is really wonderful place. We went to this restaurant by recomendations of our friends, which live at Sarajevo more than 20 years. Food was very good - fresh and tasty, staff was very friendly and polite - they even opened hall for non-smokers specially for us, because we were with kid - despite that there were only several guests at the main hall)) a lot of people at Sarajevo smoke everywhere, without any hesitation, but staff of Aeroplan restaurant made all the best for our pleasure. Recommend 100%.

The staff was very friendly and the local dishes were delicious, if you want to sample the local cuisine Aeroplan is a great option! The open yard is pleasant in the summer months

It really depends on the day you go there. It seems that they have different cooks, because the first time it was superb and the second time I wish I never went there. The staff was very friendly the first time, the second it was very stressed and unfriendly. The food was extraordinary!

A place for someone who wants to tase traditional cuisine. Would recommend.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place in the middle of Baščaršija. The food was definitely not valued the price, national plate was VERY poor (3 slices of cheese, 3 slices of shop salami and 3 olives [!]). The soup was pretty thin as well although it should be a cream. Wont mention the salad.

Beautiful atmosphere, almost always quiet and peaceful, best place to relax and hide away from the noise of the world!
