Terrible experience. I have been a regular customer for 7 years. And I have forgiven some blunders before, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Tldr: cold food, poor service, health hazard with uncooked meat. Waited 40 minutes for a pizza, wok dish and a Mexican tortilla with beef. This would have been okay if it was super busy, but the restaurant was probably 15% full! When we finally got the dishes. Wok dish was ice cold, and the rice was undercooked. It had clearly been left somewhere and forgotten, or was reused from another order. Now the Mexican tortilla with beef - Not only was there so little beef, that it looked nothing like the dish on the menu, The beef was raw. Now I don't mind red beef, but this was uncooked. It was also cold mind you. After pointing this out, they said they would remake it. Waited for another 25 minutes and asked for an update. As everyone one else has eaten. Waiter said it would be at least 15 minutes more. At that time we had enough and left. I have been a frequent customer at Metropolis, but it has really gone downhill and I definitely won't be coming back, or recommending it to anyone else!

Amazing breakfast. Ordered a chicken wrap for my kids and a (can’t remember the exact name) pouched egg on a bed of avocado over a - what seemed to be - pancake-like smooth bread 😋 It was all delicious and the young waiter who served us was so kind. Food was served with no delays 👍

I came here with my boyfriend because it was one of the few open places we could find, we both hadn’t eaten in 10 hours and were hungry enough to eat rocks at this point but this was still the worst overpriced meal both of us have eaten in a very long time. The food was completely tasteless and bland and the quality was bad, plus we ordered 3 dishes between the two of us (a pasta, a tortilla and tacos) and the portions were so small that we were still hungry by the end of it. I also asked twice and very nicely to make sure they didn’t put corn in one of the dishes and they completely ignored that. I can understand why we waited long for our order (because the place was very full) and I can completely excuse the waiter being a bit unpleasant (because he was very busy and it’s the day after New Year) but the quality of the food versus the price is just awful and inexcusable.

the waiter was awful and careless, no service, waited to have forks, that never came. We asked for tap water 3 times, it never came. the portion sizes were also extremely small for an adult (we ordered the falafel and there were only 7 small ones for 16 marks). If you ask me, don’t go there ever.

We had a "healty ketto salad" (13km) it was such a small portion and it was with advocado, and it tasted realy bad and felt realy soft and old. Me and my girl ate 1 little piece of it and after 4 days we were still sick of it. We said that to the waitress and she said it is frozen and then warmed up with a microwave.. can you believe this?? The coffee and cakes are perfect here.

There is a very rude waitress who is disrespectful especially to arabs, if he was disrespected by some arabs it doesnt give him the right to be disrespectful to all arabs, not everyone is the same......he is ruining the image of bosnia...On the other hand because i was a handicapped he was rude and was insulting me

More expensive compared to other restaurants in Sarajevo. Food is good. Lots of variety on the menu

Very good food. I ate benedictine eggs. The sauce lacked a bit of salt but was good overall. The only bad thing, is the people smoking inside.

Very mean staff. My teabag ripped and they did not give me a new one if I did not pay. We were sent away 40 minutes before closing time. The got very mad and impatient when we asked about the cakes. The ober was very mad and kicked a chair. He also threw the menu card on the table very aggressively. We had a very bad experience. Not worth it! Get new STAFF PLEASE (the cake was OK)

We go there for the coffee.. They do good Cafe Latte. We also enjoyed their breakfast. There are few locations around the city.

Lovely place, the Mexican and Asian menu is really exceptional. Highly recommended .

I DON'T RECOMMEND! I ordered burger and I get very bad cooked meat with disgusting taste. When I asked they said it should be like that. Never again, just bypass this restaurant.

Used to be better quality. Service used to be better as well. Waitress was very dismissive and short with us. Got upset we had to use a big bill (used a 100 for a 36 bill). Then took an extra km I guess for having to give us change, idk. Used to be my favorite place after moving here.

It’s overrated. I have visited this place a number of times at this point and I just don’t get it. They have higher prices than most places around here and worse service and taste.

Excellent place, during our week-long stay in Sarajevo we went three times, the staff was very friendly and the food was excellent, we tried a cafeteria and had lunch three times, everything was very healthy, the only thing I didn't like was that people could smoke inside although If the windows were open, the smell came in a lot, although I suppose it is still normal in the city, apart from that, a place to recommend 100 percent.

We were looking for some asian food and found here. Shrimp noodles and chilli beef&rice were delicious. Definitely recommended

I had here very disappointed breakfast. I waited my dishes about an hour. And after I got it I noticed that they didn’t put avocado in my toasts and bread was cold as from refrigerator. Never will recommend this place for anyone.

Rudest staff ever !! You wait too long even to order and when we tried to make a complaint to the manager about the rudeness of the personal we faced the same rudeness !!

Poor customer service - I called to book a table in SCC but got only the number of their Titova Cafe. The lady on the other side hung up on me when I asked for the telephone number for SCC reservations. Food is brilliant, coffee even more so, but disappointing and disrespectful customer service.

Always check your coffee/tea cups and trays, those are usually dirty as if not washed after somebody else had a coffee/tea. I asked for the clean cup and I was given the other dirty one. I did not ask for the clean tray though it was also dirty.

Great place with friendly service.. But don't try Hot chocolate Raffaelo because it is just a glass full of Milk with some coco and three almonds 😐

Lovely place, food is great, but if you have more then 40 min to get the lunch. If you are hungry, don't go there, you will die till you get your order.

Neljubazno osoblje, arogantni, nekulturni, sramota za mjesto ovog cjenovnog ranga i ambijenta. / I don't recommend. Very rude staff, you wait for coffee more than half an hour because they basically DON'T WANT TO COME BY YOUR TABLE AND TAKE AN ORDER. Such a shame.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. The space was nearly empty and this rude waiter wouldn’t make it over to clean our table, was generally difficult and unpleasant. The food…. Comedically small portions, bland and unseasoned. Improperly cooked. Absurd pricing for something by that wasn’t even salted. What a loss. Go have some local pita instead.
