I had a great experience at hotel Bosnia! The rooms were clean, the beds were great, the food was delicious and the service was excellent! The hotel crew was really pleasant, polite, welcoming and eager to help always. I recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting Sarajevo!

Would only give it two stars anywhere else but in a city that is still rebuilding they do the best that they can. Room ok bathroom small but with large shower. On our last day one of the light bulbs blew. Toilet flush was not the best and we of toilet paper and to ask for more at the front desk. Hotel is located close to the old town area but beware, one of our party was robbed by a pick pocket only a few minutes after leaving the hotel. There is an ATM located next to the entrance which is handy.

Not a good hotel if you do not smoke. Linen is impregnated with tobacco smoke smell. Rooms, while designated non-smoking are thick with tobacco smell. The breakfast is only 2 star standard. The beds are very small (narrow and short). The location is great for access to the old part of the town. Do your research before you stay here.

The hotel by itself looks amazing, friendly reception and an easy way to get around. The lobby has a nice resting place and it has a piano. The room I was staying in was comfy. It had a tv, minibar, two beds. Everything was clean. And the internet was great too. My only complaint is that the bathroom door is a sliding one which you can't lock so it isn't very private, other than that, great place overall.

The worst hotel in Sarajevo. Breakfast poor, walls are thin, rooms very small... Definitely my last time here.

Personnel could have been more polite and more respectful towards students and their professors, especially if they are guests of a serious institution. The 🏨's location and accommodation capacities are great though. The parking is convenient, a bit tight, but a man in charge can take care of your car.

Expensive. Very small rooms. Headache to reach your room. A lot of stairs even after reaching your floor by the left! You need to wait for the receptionist to show up unlike other hotels. The people gave this hotel 4 stars are blind or used to live in caves. One star for the location.

Hotel is located very close to the oldest part of the Sarajevo. It's easy to find and reception is very helpful. Inside we could find hairdresser, restaurant, some conference rooms (one in I was didn't have good standard) but people working there were very helpful. Have not been inside any room cause I was here for business purposes but generally hotel makes good impression, not super but good.
