Our group told me this is one of the best hotel in sarajevo. We stayed 5 days. All these days our room & the bathroom not clean at all. They only do the bedding. One night there was medium size of spider in the bathroom. I don’t advise anyone to stay in this hotel. Attached some of evidences.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Sarajevo for almost 2 weeks while I was on vacation. I would recommend this hotel to anybody I know. The staff for so kind, professional and would go out of their way to ensure you're comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the complimentary breakfast. The way they decorated the hotel to preserve such rich Bosnian history was absolutely stunning. The food/drinks at Cafe Igman was amazing as well. Looking forward to staying here during my next visit to Bosna.

The hotel is in a good location. Hotel staff are very caring and helpful. The breakfast is nice. Despite our late check-in, we were greeted warmly and with a smile and entered our room. I forgot the name of the staff at check-in, but thank you very much. I would also like to thank the receptionist Mr. Emir. I want to thank the staff who made me feel at home.

Very nice! A/C that was ON (big deal here in May, where several hotels that listed A/C apparently don't turn it on in mid to late May yet), beds on the firm side (typical for Europe), but comfy. Large rooms for Europe, with plenty of space. The hotel is a bit out of the center, which was fine on a tour, but may be inconvenient for those getting around without a car. Breakfast buffet was very nice!

Hotel is only 10 min away from SJJ Airport, train and bus station only 2-3 min walking distance, thats why you don’t need taxi to go to city center. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros to go to city center. Bus and train costs 1 Euro. There is a gas station only 1 min away from hotel so you can get the things you need easily from there. All the staff I met was very friendly and helpful to me. Especially I want to thank to the receptionist who made my check-in for giving me a room with balcony and for his kind welcome. I am a smoker but I don’t like to smoke in the place that I’ll sleep. He was very understanding and they had availability so he upgraded my room to a room with balcony. I was an hotelier before so I know the challenges to find staff for housekeeping department that’s why I don’t want to complain but cleaning can be done better. I believe hotel management is aware of this minus point and I hope they can improve it soon. I will definitely will stay here for my next visit too.

Modern hotel with classical decorations all around, parking area is wide and very good for those having a car. Plus, Next to it a petrols station. Nearby to Bingo mall that has multiple necessities. We spent two nights with a breakfast as a complimentary. The food options are various and the quality really very good except desserts were very sugary. Regarding the SPA facility, it is located at the basement & visited the place but not much to comment since I did not use it. The room was clean a tidy with comfortable setup. However, due to seasonal reasons the AC not working and only the heater can be switched on which makes the room very warm and had to open the windows to cool down the ambient where you can hear the dogs parking whole the night.. very annoying. Overall, very nice experience to stay.

Classic business hotel, close to the airport, far from the city centre. Big hotel with all services. Spa, swimming pool, massage. Rooftop restaurant and lobby bar/cake corner. The hotel is completely alcohol free. Fortunately there is a supermarket on the ground floor.

The hotel is located near the airport but close to a bigger shopping area. Rooms are clean and fairly new. Be aware that this hotel doesn't serve alcohol but there are smaller bars nearby within walking distance. A large breakfast buffet is included. For a short business stay perfect. Good value for money and Ibis standard.

The worst room view ever! Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the hotel was not cooperating with my request to change rooms. Despite my efforts to work with the staff and find a suitable alternative, I was met with resistance and was ultimately unable to switch rooms. This lack of flexibility and accommodation was frustrating and put a damper on my stay at the hotel

Very convenient location as there's a lot of services nearby. There's a supermarket nearby, along with gas station, cafés and bakeries in near proximity. Gorgeous view from the 15th floor of hotel which is a bar/restoraunt "Igman" name was symbolically adopted from a mountain in country.

My impression of the first day of staying in the hotel... A clean, tidy, and beautiful hotel... There is one main flaw in it... When you call from the room to the reception, room service and the restaurant... .. You hear only one message .. There is no one to receive your call... Meaning that there is no one to provide you with services in the hotel

The hotel is located a bit far from the old town, so in order to move around you would have to use the tram which is around 4 minutes walking away from the hotel. The hotel has an interesting interior design. The pool is nice but rather small. The clerks were always smiling and friendly. The view from our room on the 14th floor was actually pretty nice. There aren't many hotels in the city with high floors. The breakfast was also suprisingly rich, it was great! However, there were a few red flags we noticed in our two night stay. First, the room did not have a fridge, kettle (for tea and coffee), safe, or iron. We visited in mid August, the air conditioner in the room seemed to be nonexistent. The room was scorching! We had trouble going to sleep because of the warm room, we tried calling reception about it they simply said we'll send someone to check it out but then ignored the issue. We did not tackle it further since we were only staying for those two nights.

Good rooms, stylish design, smooth check in with free upgrade, Ibis Styles as expected. Spa area is a great addition with three types of saunas, gym and a pool. But cold food on breakfast that is intended to be warm is really a minus... Cold scrambled eggs or sausages is not what you want to start your day with.

Hotel is not up to the mark. Dinner served was just not good. They served very limited. Not enough for one person. They charged for water etc....that to heavy. Room too not normally supplied with enough tea or coffee sachets. As usual heavyly cutting on cost like most European hotel. Would never like coming back again here nor would recommend anyone to stay

The hotel is very good. Breakfast is sick. Pool is only 1.25 m, but you have sauna and turkish bath. I recommend this hotel with family and friends.

Review is about the restaurant: the staff is somewhat polite but it takes them ages to serve you. Prices are a bit over the top. The only 10/10 thing is the view

(Restaurant Igman) If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The slowest service I’ve ever had in my life - 2+ HOURS - and the food still arrived cold. Shame!

  • 4/5 Jakub L. (. 1 year ago on Google
Quite a long distance to the centre, 1.5h walking. Taxi - 17 KM. Mediocre meals in the restaurant on 15th floor, people smoking everywhere in the restaurant, so you feel like in the smoking cabin.

  • 2/5 Анастасия . 1 year ago on Google
Several things made the stay unpleasant: - The hotel claims to be smoking free, but people are smoking in the restaurant and there was a very strong cigarettes smell in the corridor. - The hotel doesn't serve alcohol, but we didn't see information about it when booking and we were not told at the reception. A bit strange that everyone gets exposed to smoking smell and passive smoking and at the same time everyone gets deprived from the choice to drink or not. -In the roof top restaurant they didn't have any of the mocktails that were listed in the menu and didn't have ice, so all drinks were served warm. -Service was not good, the personnel didn't try to accommodate and solve your problems, they were just stating the facts and that they cannot do anything to help. During breakfast, personel was often gathering all together and chatting, while many tables were dirty and used plates were not removed making the table crowded. To be fair, there were good things as well. The reception hall and restaurants looked stylish and modern, rooms were spacious and clean. There is a nice view on the city from the 15th floor restaurant. There was also wellness, with a pool and sauna. Was nice, but the air, water and sauna were a bit too cold.

Great place with tidy rooms and plenty of food choices. The Igman bar is on the 15th floors which lets you see the entirety of Sarajevo. Unfortunately I do have to say that the pricing of some foods are a bit expensive, but they are delicious without a doubt.

Excellent hotel for sleeping. Comfortable designed rooms but…. disgusting breakfast. Returned same place 2nd time with hope that something changed based on feedback from visitors… nope. From all 7 nights… omlet cold, fried eggs cold and mashed… positive side… coffee (espresso) is good :)))

The reception was very unhelpful and very bad, but the restaurant on the 15th floor was good and the pool was there, but the pool man used to lock it and no one could use it. The extra bed in the rooms was very bad and there was no safety box and the elevator was bad

Very good place, and amazing staff. It's a bit confusing with restaurants, breakfast area and chill cafe but they always seem closed. The restaurant on the 15th Floor is beyond amazing and has a great value for money.

The hotel itself is very good in terms of facilities. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, the room had blackout curtains and the noise insulation was good which means that I had a great night's sleep. My only issue was an incredibly rude front desk staff called "Adam". I arrived 1.5 hours before the check in time and when I asked if I could check in early, he flat out said no. I asked him to check the system to see if maybe the room was ready and he simply refused to do so. He kept snapping at me when I was trying to ask him questions about the hotel. This came as a huge surprise to me as the 3 other places I stayed at in Bosnia during the past week, the one thing that stood out was the hospitality of the Bosnian people. I expected the same or at the very least basic decency from staff at a 4 star hotel belonging to an international chain. I must call out that the other reception staff that I dealt with during checkout (I forget his name) was extremely nice and hospitable. The only reason I give a 3 star review is because of Adam. Or else, it would be 5 stars for sure!
