Novotel Sarajevo Bristol hotel is the Perfect option for stay in Sarajevo (short or long stay). The hotel location is perfect and near to everything as you can walk to the city centers, mall and old town. There is a river just behind the hotel and walking track which amazing and they do not allow car to cross it after 5 pm. Very relaxing with water fall sounds. Everything was just perfect with no single doubt. As Accor Member, they upgraded our room to big room with welcome drinks. The hotel has the Halal certificate as everything in the hotel is halal. Hotel is clean and like new one, Room and toilet are big and luxury and hotel facilities are big and we have what we need all here. Staffs starting from the receptionist, bell boys, restaurant servers and security were professional, always smiling and offering any help even without you ask. Restaurant and Breakfast were excellent, food was very delicious, big variety and fresh. Free parking including taking the car and park for us either outside or basement parking. Spa club and the massage were also excellent. Especial thanks goes to the hotel management and staff for everything they do to satisfy their guests. Sometime we just need to ignore some of other people feedback and reviews in google as it is not true and not fair.

The palce is good but in the breakfast area the oil smells so bad and it will stick in your clothes u have to change your clothes after every breakfast We needed to ask for somethings more than one time to get it But the hotel is clean and staff are so welcoming

The lobby is not bad. The rooms are small sized and not cleaned and there is obvious dust on side tables, and spider webs on the lamp. The breakfast buffet is good and vary, there is no alcohol nor pork products. I would have accepted the dust even though I shouldn’t because it’s a 4 stars hotel, but on our last night we cane back to the hotel at night after leaving it the whole day and we found out the toilet was filled with small spiders and webs, I talked to the receptionist, told me it is normal to have spiders because its the season, asked her for another room, told me there weren’t any available room for 3 persons. She called her colleague to check the room, she came and checked it, showed her all the spider webs, and went and nothing happened and no one called us. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Really nice,clean and cosy hotel, with great pool that you can enjoy in cold February. Personel is great and ready to assisst with any query you might have. And breakfast- absolute favourite, buffet with fresh pastry, delicious local food, variety of cheeses and cakes, including baklava.

Comfortable hotel but everything is according to the Muslim traditions, so no alcoholic drinks in the bar and the breakfast is only with food without pork meat. Strange

One of the best Novotel hotels I have ever stayed. Clean, well equipped, nice and polite stuff, rich and delicious breakfast. Many additional services available (parking garage, pool, spa, massage). Compared to some other Novotel hotels in other countries, this one deserves 5 stars. I would totally recommend this hotel and like to stay next time when visit Sarajevo.

The hotel was good and a balance relation between price and quality. The client service is very good in all the hotel areas, from reception, restaurants to housekeeping. The rooms and toilets are spacious and comfortable. Just the cleaning need to improve having a more detail and deep cleaning.

Stopped here for the pool. The hotel is large, clean, beautiful. The pool is clean, there are few people. Towels, bathrobes, sunbeds available. Excellent hammam and sauna. The water in the pool is at a comfortable temperature. Guests were offered large green apples. The downside is that the water in the cooler was only ice cold. Excellent breakfast, large selection of dishes.

Our stay 17--21, 2023, rooms 803&807 It was perfect from check in till check out, thanking all staff for their attention, polite attitudes and follow up. The room is very clean & taking care of all the hygiene requirements. Thanks to housekeepers & all breakfast restaurant team. Special thanks to Miss Nela in the front desk for early check in, arranging for a driver, and all what she did to make our stay very comfortable. Definitely we will recommend this hotel, and no hesitation to rate it 10 out of 10

An American style hotel, it has very nice, big rooms with big bathrooms. The hotel itself has a nice lobby, very good restaurant, pool, sauna, gym... Everything you might need. The personnel are very helpful and nice, just ask them about anything you might need, they will help. I didn't like that you couldn't open the windows and had to rely on the air conditioning all the time. The location is nice, but it takes 45 minutes walking to the center. And in the restaurant there is no alcoholic whatsoever, not even beer, bot even nonalcoholic beer, so you will have to enjoy the very good meals with coke, ayran or just water

Very nice quiet hotel surrounded with green area, next to promenade, good for enjoy and rest. Close to city center 10-15 min walking. Very hospitality staff, breakfast is great.

Nice hotel with a huge bosnian style lounge room. Quiet, perfect place to work from here with a cup of coffee. Enjoy.

Spacious room, perfect staff service from the receptionist to concierge! breakfast was good too, however, would prefer to take ourselves so it’s much faster. But service staff is really helpful and the egg Benedict is good. Location was good despite a distance away to old town

First of all parking place we didn't have in this Hotel, we need to find on our own one and pay 5e per day. TV screen was not working, actually Internet was so god dam it weak and that's reason why. Restoran staff was polite but, most of the guests was waiting their simple orders like drinks around 30 to 45min. Regards

Nice hotel, not far from the old town. Couple of free parking spaces in front of the hotel, alternatively paid parking in the hotel garage. Very professional and friendly staff, great breakfast menu. Rooms unfortunately a little worn down, the fact that smoking is allowed inside is definitely not helping (general issue in Bosnia & Hercegovina).

Hotel was. It up to normal Novotel standards. First let me compliment the kind staff and the great breakfast! But there are some cons: 1. Not near the old town where I’d rather have stayed but you can take the trolley 2. The queen is really a double so know that when you book. Too small for two people to be comfortable. 3. Pool and gym were closed too early to use on weekends. 4. Every floor smelled of smoke 5. Rooms are super dated and need work. Stains on carpets were large. Tv is old and didn’t work as well as our shower head leaked. Overall I like Novotel but this one was our worst Novotel experience.

Novotel hospitality always on bristol! Me and my gf stayed here for 3 nights and everything went smooth and well from the check in to the check out. Rooms were clean and spacious, manager and receptionist were kind and helpful with many good tips to explore the city in a proper way. Wifi signal was weak on the last floor but the management upgraded us in a better room free of charge on the 6th floor where the signal was better. Breakfast offers many good dishes and it is also available for outside guests for a resonable amount. Gym and Spa have been a good plus for our holiday in Sarajevo. We had the chance to try out also the bar/restaurant for some afternoon cake and it was delicious! They are going to have a big event in the upcoming week where people can try their different sweets so you have one more reason to go check it out beside the undisputed quality of the structure and its services. 😄

The personnel are very friendly and helpful. The quality of the rooms are perfect. Exceptional breakfast is served in the mornings. My room had a perfect view of mountain, city and river. This is 100% halal hotel. However, I was complaining from two things: the Wi-Fi is problematic throughout the hotel, and the pillows are extremely thin. You are sleeping as if there were no pillows. Hotel must give a selection of pillows or change the type of pillows to thicker ones.

We had some issues at the arrival, because we have booked over the agency, and the agency failed to transfer the funds to the hotel. From my perspective and the perspective of the guest, I don't give a damn. We booked the hotel, money was taken, end of the story. We had to give a credit card, so they can reserve the funds until they sort it out with agency. I mean, they're supposed to clear that issue with the agency before arrival, not on the day of the arrival. Finally, we got the room cards, friendly reception staff told us all the necessary information, and we were finally able to get into the room. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. For some strange reason, it was very warm in the room even though I have shut off the heating. Later on, we came back to the room, and the damn heating was turned back on. Day after I called the reception, and they sent me a technical support. He shut off the heating, but still, it was very warm, around 23°C non stop, with window open in the middle of the February. Breakfast was great, fresh and rich. There were a daily newspapers, with couple of ipads for browsing the news, free of charge. WIFI was great, full mesh, seamless roaming worked great. Pool was ok, not too big, not too small. Downside was that there is no direct connection from the room to the pool area, so you need to go through the lobby area in your bath robes. There was also a Finnish sauna in the pool area, with unlimited fresh water supply. Steam bath (Turkish sauna) was out of service, probably broken. Hotel has also a bar and a restaurant where smoking is allowed, but due to the fact that it's Halal hotel, there is no alcohol available. Laundry service was terrific. Last day of our stay, we had to fax out some of the papers, but unfortunately the fax machine was also out of service. All in all, it wasn't that bad, but for the price, it could have been better. Perfect hotel to enjoy the city. Just 20 minutes by tram to the old town. The room was comfortable and with a nice view over the city. Our bathtub was very nice. You have different choices for breakfast, which is a good point for the hotel. Good base for work meetings.

The rooms are very clean and comfy, the staff is great and helpful. Very good and rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and vegetables. If there is time, try the cakes, sweets and ice cream downstairs in the café next to the lobby, it is delicious. I also liked the no-alcohol-policy in the hotel. Thumbs up. The hotel is not located in the city center, but still worth visiting it. The staff will help you with taxis or the tram, so you'll be in the city center within 10 minutes.

Great cakes. Tried 6 of them, all 6 were extraordinary. Also, summer offer of drinks are great - you can find here interesting mixes, lemonades.... i had white peach lemonade - great choice for 40°C outside 😁
