The
check-in
experience
was
terrible.
.
After
a
long,
exhausting
flight
we
arrived
in
the
morning
and
the
receptionist
told
us
to
come
back
at
5
PM
for
check-in
.
After
long
tiring
hours
of
wait
in
a
nearby
café
we
returned
to
the
hotel
lobby
at
2:00
pm
,
and
immediately
a
hotel
staff
approached
us
and
told
us
that
it
is
not
allowed
for
us
to
sit
there
unless
we
make
an
order
for
a
drink
or
something
.
On
the
other
hand,
I
talked
to
the
receptionist
to
at
least
provide
us
with
one
room
,
and
we
can
have
the
other
one
later
;
he
responded
that
we
have
to
pay
extra
charge
for
early
check-in
and
it
was
already
around
3
PM
.!!
Eventually,
they
provided
us
with
two
smoking
rooms
though
our
booking
was
for
non-smoking
rooms
.
On
top
of
that,
the
atmosphere
is
not
very
hospitable
;
the
Internet
service
was
very
slow
and
not
available
all
the
time
:
the
TV
set
was
out
of
order,
and
the
maintenance
service
was
very
slow
and
unprofessional.
All
in
all
,
it
was
a
bad
experience
