The hotel is located 10-12 minutes walking to the old town. The way on foot is quite strange, you have to be careful cuz of cars. The hotel is quite old and basic, old fashioned. Need to be renovated, honestly. I asked for a boiler for the room and they said they did not have it. There is no hair dryer in the room or any luxury staff, just basic. For the price, it is ok. The breakfast is fine. Nothing much, with basic stuff but fine. You can only enjoy the view from the restaurant, which is amazing. The staff are nice but not extremely.

No hot water, no heating, food scarce. Old furniture, curtains in the bathtubs, a very rude full of older ladies at the reception. Many rooms DO NOT HAVE WINDOWS! The hotel is in the rock and a rock erupts from the wall ... and they are only formally there at the window. You are without ventilation and without oxygen. 15 minutes from the center, uphill!

Overall, not the worst hotel imaginable, just don't book the 3* rooms. The staff is pretty nice and the location is quite good.

The hotel is very outdated like walking into 1980s. Very helpful and good staff. I was about to overpay because the guy working in the reception charged me for the wrong room, but the girl working there saw the error when I was about to pay and was very honest and corrected it. 5 starts for her 👏

I am very satisfied with this hotel. I will start with the landlady and all the staff. They were very nice, kind and hospitable. The hotel has a location that left me speechless. The view from the front rooms is amazing. The rooms are excellent and the toilets in them. You cannot be cold for even 1 second if you are in the winter period. They are also clean and tidy. The food is delicious and served in a nice way. As Sarajevo means a lot to me, so does this hotel. All the best!

Short walk from the old centre, indoor parking, good breakfast, friendly and flexible staff. Rooms a bit noisy and hot .

Rooms are very basic. I was warm sleeping there and did not use sheets or covers. They took our passports on arrival which we did not like. The breakfast was pretty good despite many bad reviews I have seen but the coffee however was not very good. The workers were polite and a couple went out of their way to smile and say hello. The location is good and everything in the old town is accessible by foot. I also enjoyed the free parking. Overall, it is a good hotel for the price if you book in advance.

Cleanliness in the rooms was a remarkable 5/5. The twin rooms are very spacious. The Wi-Fi in the rooms could be better though.

Excellent! £30 a room, was the cheapest in last minute. Abundant breakfast. Nice service.

The receptionist was so rude, she doesn't know how to respect the tourists. They give false promises to residents as well. I do not recommend anyone to stay in it at all, you can book better hotels in the center and at a much cheaper prices.

A really great location with a great view of the city. Within walking distance to the old center. Easy to navigate to and from. Locked parking lot, which is a real plus. Some things may surprise you, but it is Bosnia, so you should be prepared for a mixture of old and new, East and West, modern and traditional, which makes for an incredible experience.

They let a techno party go on till late night with loud music. We complaint but they got angry. I will not come back again. The staff was verry rude.

Rooms are small, but service is good and location is ideal for seeing Sarajevo.

I booked a room with a king size bed. The hotel and the room furniture is outdated, but room is clean and comfortable. TV was very old and not working properly. Breakfast was terrible, coffe very bad. Location is ok, but slightly uphill. Very limited options for breakfast. Breakfast not fully ready when it starts at 6am. Except the poor breakfast, my stay was fine and suitable for the price.
