By far the BEST hospitality experience I’ve had with hotels. And I do travel a lot. They even paid for my food!! I couldn’t pay deliver driver with a cc and didn’t have Bosnian money on me, the staff offered to pay for me and bring them money back whenever I can. Place was really clean with a great view of Sarajevo. Will definitely stay here every time I come

Perfect stay

We didn’t book this place as we arrived early in Sarajevo. On our quest to find a room for the night, another hotel we went to was booked out, but the guy behind reception called up his mate who also runs a hotel to see if he could help us. Not only did he have a room for us for an even better price, but he also came to meet us in town to escort us to his hotel as it is slightly out of town centre! Such great service!!! Benjamin was very nice and did his best to make us comfortable. On arrival we even got a welcome drink - I know these only from hotels on beach/island destinations. Exceptional service considering we were only looking for a room for one night. The place has a great view over the city, is easy to reach with public transport (about €3 per way) and is super clean and well looked after. Breakfast buffet id included too!!! So glad we ended up staying here as it was nice and quiet through the night as well!

I stayed at Villa Harmony for a few nights. I am extremely pleased with the kindness of the hosts, cleanliness, and service. The breakfast was great. Villa Harmony has its own parking which is a plus, as well as wifi, which I used for business conversations. From the hotel to the city you need only a few minutes, and the best thing is the view. From your window or balcony, you can see the whole Sarajevo which is breathtaking. I will definitely be back again.

On our first trip abroad, we had a bad experience because of this hotel. They kicked us out of the hotel. Even tough we had a reservation, we were told that the reservation was cancelled. They were disrespectful people.

The room was wide, well lighted and airy unlike the old town hotels. So the breakfast room, and the buffet was quite rich. (For Turkish travellers, -bring your own teabag:) ) Staff: U meanTarık.. he is your brother :) Though we are good walkers, distance is an issue. Had a couple of bad experiences with taxi drivers.

My room was spacious & clean. The staff are welcoming, hospitable and helpful. Breakfast is standard. Fast & reliable WiFi. Not much to see & do in the immediate vacinity of the hotel. It's only a 15 min walk to the city centre. Hotel is good value for money.

Great villa with a nice view over the city! The rooms are so spacious and warm. We had a huge balcony and the people running the villa are so kind and helpful and friendly. They provided very detailed information on what to visit or about public transportation. I liked everything about it, it's cozy, quite close to the city center, there is also a parking available. Highly recommend it!

Been there few years ago. Staff was extremely professional, very clean rooms and such a friendly atmosphere that make me feel very well accepted it the hotel. I will be back for sure if passing near Sarajevo.

A very interesting and lovable place to stay. All facilities provided including internet and services are excellent. The bed and bathroom are neat and orderly. Also near to the town! The view from outside the window is very interesting. But be sure to ask for the upper level to have a more peaceful and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the outside view while eating at the dining room. Ideal for solo and group or family. Thanks to Mr. Tarik and Mr. Benjamin and their family for the service they provided during my stay for 5 days! The very good thing is all family members are non-smokers. Hopefully that I can come again someday! Love from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

I stay in this place couple days. Rooms is clean an very nice. Parking place is ok and also internet is ok. So I will visit this place again.

I had the pleasure to experience the hospitality of the employees and the owning family of the hotel Harmony Sarajevo. The hotel offers a spectacular view to the city. The rooms are large and pleasantly furnished. The breakfast is, without exception, very good and varied. Service is top notch and very friendly. It is a very nice and lovely hotel and and, since the choice of a good hotel in the trip plays very important role, this hotel is highly recommended.

The place has great view, is super clean and provide good breakfast. We also booked 7 days private tour. They provide amazing personalized tour. The hotel is privately owned by a family which kept the hotel in superb condition. The owners are humble, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Harmony. Thumbs up..👍👍

I stayed in a hotel for 3 nights. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the hospitality of hosts. I would recommend it to families and young couples, due to its closeness to the city center.
