Amazing hotel , i book the king studio room the space is excellent for couple and one child with sofa bed the room includes kitchen materials and dish washer the room is super clean , quit and the breakfast is good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The lobby has small market open 24 hr , coffee and tea available all day. Highly recommended 👌

After a long flight from Canada this hotel was the perfect place to stay while in Sarajevo. The location is ideal as Old Town and the busier commercial district of Sarajevo are short walks away. My room had a really nice balcony with sliding doors that had a panoramic view of the city. They also have a very handy underground parking garage with an elevator. The breakfast options were excellent with lots of traditional Balkan foods and coffee options. The staff were lovely, always smiling and friendly and the room was spotless. Would absolutely stay here again. Great hotel and also a very good value.

Few hotels get everything right - Residence Inn by Marriott gets everything right. Front Desk - Apparently, "No" does not exist in the front desk staff vocabulary. If it's a service, they will find it for you. If it's an item, they will find it for you. Basically, if it's in the realm of possibility, they will make it happen. Probably the best and most well trained and professional staff in a Hotel I've ever encountered. Breakfast - The buffet is both varied, consistent, and consistently delicious. Eggs, pancakes, French toast (w/real maple syrup), fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, varied cerals and yogurts, warm pastries, and a coffee machine. Outstanding. The staff here, again, is absolutely wonderful. Always happy to see us. Always willing to help, but not stepping on your toes or hovering. They just appear out of thin air the moment you need them. Housekeeping - Thorough, professional, and respectful. They have my time down so they have memorized the best time to come and clean my room, i.e., when I am gone and there will be no interruption to my day. Room - extremely comfortable and spacious. TV is set for portable HD, USB drives, hdmi for laptops. Ample plug ins, closet space and drawers with a huge bathroom, shower and nice workable kitchen. 2 rooms and a family of 4 that could comfortably call this place home.

The hotel's location was fantastic, conveniently situated near the charming old sections of the town. The room itself was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfasts served were also enjoyable, offering a decent selection of options. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, even approving my request for a later check-out time. I couldn't find anything to dislike about the hotel. However, if I had to nitpick, the only minor observation I can recall is that there were only wine glasses provided in the room, which struck me as slightly peculiar.

Marriott is Marriott as usually all is done as it should be. Great value for money which is the most important thing in the modern world. Located in the city center close to the river bank. Garage parking is available, reception staff is nice and welcoming, room is clean and cosy. All in all - is recommended.

We stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect— walking distance to old town but in a very quiet area. The full breakfast was a delicious surprise. We highly recommend the Residence Inn!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast with plenty of vegan options! Rooms could be a bit cleaner though, and the same goes for the gym (empty water dispenser in the gym never got replaced during my 3 nights stay)

It's a Residence Inn, not the Ritz Carleton. Great value for money. The staff were very nice and hospitable. Excellent breakfast and sauna facilities. Received complementary upgrade as a Platinum Elite member. Parking is 15 euros a night, and Bosnian coffee is an extra 4KM if you want that for Breakfast.

Large, clean rooms, kindly service, tasty breakfast. Very close to the old downtown. Small garage: dont forget the reservation for your car too! Especially, if you need the destination charger.

There were several reasons why this was a great experience. One was the staff, when we checked in we were met by an evening front desk clerk by the name of Nidal. He was pleasant, efficient and amazing. Our experience was consistent with that. Second, the location is great against many of the tourist activities. Third, the building is modern, the rooms are well anointed and the bed comfortable and the breakfasts good. What else do you want?

I love this hotel--great location and the staff is friendly and helpful! They assisted us in arranging airport and local transfers, recommended great restaurants, and just ran an overall smooth operation. Breakfast was included with our stay and offered a great selection appropriate for various diets and needs, and the buffet was always clean and consistently maintained. We had a great view of Sarajevo from our room, which in and of itself is an amazing city.

Fantastic hotel that has service apartment facilities. Kitchette and self washing facilities were also very handy to have. Rooms were very large with kitchette and sitting areas. The hotel and rooms were also very clean. Staff are very kind and on to requests. Location is also great with very easy access to the city but away enough where you didn't get any noise.

This is a great hotel option for you in Sarajevo. The location is excellent, with most things within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and have a good sized kitchen and lounge. We had a balcony with excellent views of the city. The hotel has a gym and laundry facilities and all the staff we met were very nice and helpful.

Just a little out of the action. Decent hotel. You get what you pay for. This is not a luxury location, but a decent place to stay for the night. Our room was a little smelly, but we managed. Breakfast buffet is a nice touch.

The Residence Inn is located in Skendarjia and is within convenient walking distance of the old town Sarajevo.

It is a 4 star hotel with very high cleanliness. Breakfast is good enough to start the day fresh and energised. Location is good if you prefer silent part of the city, still old city in walking distance.

Amazing staff at the reception (Adnan and Ema) who are willing to go the extra mile to help. The location is superb close to the old town walking.. lots of restaurants, cafes and lots to do. The hotel is family friendly and suitable for parents with kids! Lovely cozy lobby.. photos will be added later :)

This August, my family and I stayed at this wonderful hotel twice while traveling through Bosnia. This hotel should be the example to all others trying to earn 4 stars in many ways. First, customer service and front desk people are top notch professionals. We especially thank Amina for her patience and kindness around our many requests. Hotel is conveniently located by foot to the city center. Rooms are spacious, come with a kitchenette and can accommodate a third sleeper via a very comfortable sofa. Laundry is a plus. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. I have specific dietary needs and this is the first hotel where I've stayed that I was able to actually eat breakfast. Quality of foods and choices (including seafood, pickles, fresh and local cheeses and oatmeal) were outstanding. My mother asked for a special coffee that was not served with breakfast and staff were happy to make it for her in the machine (not usually reserved for guest use). Hotel staff made our check in, out, parking and all aspects of stay pleasant and I will be back next time I'm in Sarajevo. Bravo guys and please be proud of what you have created. I'm about to give a negative review to another hotel in Neum, also 4 starts, that could not hold a candle to your service. I will send them your way to learn a few things about hospitality.

Great hotel for the money. Very clean and modern, some rooms have a great view as well. It does get a bit crazy with a lot of people in the small lobby. Parking is very limited and it is down some busy roads. Nowhere close by to take a pet that's clean.
