Pino Nature Hotel, a lovely place, room, hallway reception are all amazing food at the restaurant are good i love it we enjoyed specially the fita and the kabab we choose to sit outside the area to see the view of nature and to feel more the cold breeze. Eating while chatting laughing and dramas too. Looking at the left side where kids enjoyed playing.

It is enough to look at the price list. You can see similar prices in the world's elite tourist spots. I think that this cafe-restaurant cannot really be considered as such, therefore these prices are not justified. The service is very bad and slow it is not tidy. Everything is too expensive for Bosnian standards and definitely not worth it. It's obvious that you want only Arabs to visit you, since they are probably comfortable with these prices. Yesterday they made up 80% of the guests. I used to like coming here because of the beautiful architecture, but I don't plan to visit this place again.

This is a person without morals. He speaks and acts rudely. He asks for something he has no right to. The food is raw and not cooked well. There is a delay in ordering and taking the order and the bill. His visit will never be repeated. Beware everyone!

I was paid $0.64 by a company to give this restaurant five stars. Do not trust its reviews. It is possible that Pino Nature Hotel paid to that company for the five-star reviews.

Nice atmosphere, nature around hotel is amazing. There is also playground for children. My bad rating is because we waited too long for food,and some group that came after us got their food before, with excuse thaf they had so serve group before us?! Food is too expensive and not so tasty for that money. When I asked can they pack our food to go , they gave me box to pack it myself. First time to experience something like this. For this money you can enjoy much more somewhere else.

I don’t know about the hotel, but the restaurant is really bad. The food is way too expensive by Bosnian standards, the portions are way too small, wait times are ridiculous, and they do not serve alcohol. Stay away, bring your own lunch and eat it on a bench.

The prices are to high for Bosnia! They are literally abusing their location! Not much people were here but i waited 10 minutes to order drinks but nobody came so i left the restaurant again. I even always look for halal food in restaurants but i fear it will not be tasty after all this and paying so much for low quality. So i will not eat here. I prefer walking around and play with my kids and then go to hotel europe in old town for a tasty and luxury halal meal. Just the place with the playground for kids and the forest for a walk are worth it to come here.

We came to have local dishes for breakfast at the restaurant. Service was quick enough although it was very crowded. Also they were tasty. Only bad issue is smoking inside but it is a general problem in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Parking lots were available nearby.

Only two stars for the restaurant, especially for the „chefs salat“ with chicken. The „chefs dressing“ that was written on the menue was a small cup of joghurt you can buy in every supermarket. The salat and the chicken were tasteless. I had to ask for oil an vinigar. The waiter not unfriendly but very deinterested.

The service is so terrible in the restaurant. There’s one waitress who works there ignored us deliberately when we called her 3 times and she just totally walked by also another waiter who literally yelled at me when I only went myself to talk to him to take my order and he yelled saying WAIT WAIT and went to another table instead when I actually already waited for too long just for them to take my order so I decide to go myself and then i got yelled at!! I don’t recommend going there even though the restaurant has a nice view itself. definitely suggest that the owner of the place check the and hire other nicer workers

Such a treasure in nature ! The outside area is fabulous ! Just being in Trebevic and surrounded by the mountains and trees ! The only thing I would really suggest is that about the SERVICE : Please do change how you serve the tea with packages of tea and glass with hot water. It does not I think look really great to serve tea like that in this kind of hotel. Turkish tea with little glass would be better and other types of teas with teapots would look so much better than with just hot water glass and package of tea. Cause it looks cheap and does not really look great I think.

The hotel is nice, interior beautiful. But staff and policy of hotel is awful. 1st road so dangerous, hotel should worn about this. We just go around like 1 hour in the city, there are no light. 2nd we came 18, just planes to go in spa coz we come to relax, just made check in after awful road and what we hear 😂 spa is cleaning and will work morning. I gave 100 euro for 1 night, no breakfast just for this spa and can used it. In which century we live, hotel has to worn. 3rd the most funny. I booked by mistake room rate without breakfast on booking com, difference 5 euro, in 1 hour I wrote direct to hotel: “please don’t charge, I’ll cancel and will book with breakfast”, answer:” you can pay additional 13 euro per person”. Why should I pay 26 euro if I can pay 5 extra. Staff, policy, hospitality awful. I think if you want just spa and eat, just come for spa and restaurant in day time coz of road. Don’t stay here. Here isn’t welcome to you.

A beautiful hotel surrounded by a wonderful nature. It is also well furnished for children. Prices in the restaurant are well above the local average but still reasonable for me. There are hiking trails of different difficulty levels around the hotel with signposts. The area also seems quite popular with mountain bikers. In the evening we saw many roaring.

This was such an amazing Hotel in a nature area. So peaceful & you can go for a hike. Hotel has a swimmingpool & sauna & massage. The best food & the people who work there are sooooo nice omg, loved it!

The restaurant staff was strange. The waiter first helped people who came after us. We ordered two pie's but he brought one after we complained he told us it was not his mistake. In the end we stayed and waited for the other one. Next time need to reserve more time upon ordering food here.

Loved the terrace, very nice kahva and natural juices. Hotel seems very nice and staff is very polite. Running horses around and kids playground is near. Cable car is 500m-steep road away.

Our stay at your accommodation was really great. We liked the concept of a halal branded hotel. We could enjoy all your cakes and the breakfast without having any doubt. So the breakfast was rich in the offered selection. There were many warm things to enjoy as well as many fresh products including homemade sweets. The room looked like you are in the nature. The wood used to construct the room looked not new. However it had the nature look. Great was that nothing industrial used to build the furniture. Of course you can also see the usage over years at some places. But its the same like in every other hotel which was not built in the past two years. The architecture of the hotel and even the combination of concrete and wood in the room looked really nice. Everything was clean. The cleanliness in the room and in the public areas of the hotel was great. We enjoyed the wellness area which was not very crowded at our stay (End of April). Sometimes we had the big swimming pool (almost 25m in length) and two saunas for our own. Last but not least, the hotel staff, the maintainers and all the waiters were like other Bosnian people we met in the city: they were Amazingly friendly and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible! Even if you can't talk to someone in proper English, they would do their best to fulfil your wish.

Excellent service, beautiful views, great crowd. Very friendly, especially the older waiter! I would recommend the tres leches cake, really good and the fresh mixed ginger juice.

VERY BAD SERVICE some glasses are dirty. Upon attempting to return a glass with an insect in it he said it’s just a bug and refused to replace it. My son got up because we were not getting any service, the waiter then smacked my son on the head to get him to wait!!!

We have been here only for a hiking break, to drink a coffee and eat some cake. The service was good, the cake very tasty, the prices ok.

The service was really great. The hotel is at a remote location from town, for when you just need a bit of time away. There is a large pool, gym, a park, and a cable car just minutes away. The hotel overall has good aesthetics and welcoming you with open arms to come either on buisness or vacation!

The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. The waiter was very nice and recommended a few dishes and desserts. It is great to have options between indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was amazing, it is a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it.

very disappointing experience with the restaurant in the hotel. the menu is very poor, there are not many vegetarian options, the food was dry without any options for sauce or dressing, the prices are astronomical, the service is below the level for a 4-star hotel (although the butler tried to be funny). All in all, I will definitely not come again.

Positive: Overall, it is a charming hotel. The culinary offerings could be improved, and the value for money is not entirely clear. However, the staff is extremely friendly and usually accommodating. Negative: The hotel advertises exclusive spa times for women only (Tuesdays 5-7pm and Wednesdays 9-11am). Unfortunately, a gentleman had a different understanding and refused to leave the area despite multiple requests. The lady at the reception asked him to leave, but he ignored her request. She explained that she couldn't do anything further as he had come for the spa. ( by the way, me too) Instead of solving the problem, she left us alone with the situation. Her only concern was that we wouldn't give a bad review. It was only after repeatedly insisting that he finally left the area at 5:45pm. His companion then snapped at me, asking if he had to leave because of me. I explained to her that there are two hours reserved exclusively for women and that he should respect this. (Up until this point, I wouldn't have given a negative review.) Now here's the kicker. When we went for dinner, I overheard the receptionist offering them a complimentary breakfast (as compensation for the man, for what??!!). After dinner, I passed by both guests and the receptionist, who were standing at the cake counter, and she actually asked them again to invite them: "What can I offer you?" She didn't even bother to ask me if everything was okay! To sum it up: A man refuses to leave the spa area, which is reserved for only two hours, two days a week exclusively for women, simply because he doesn't want to. He decided that rules don't apply to him! The hotel staff doesn't resolve the problem and doesn't insist that the man follow the rules and leaves me to deal with it myself. I had the choice to either leave the spa area and not use it at all or stand up for my rights and engage in a discussion. And to top it all off, he was rewarded with a complimentary breakfast and dessert! It seems that the person who is the rudest is treated the best! I would have expected more professionalism and fairness from the staff.

Recently ate here when in Sarajevo, really nice surroundings and scenery was great. Food was very good. Ranko served us and he was great, credit to the restaurant. Would return i i am ever in Sarajevo again.

Gorgeous cozy but luxurious spot nested in the beautiful mountains of Sarajevo. Shout out especially to their kind, warm staff mainly Alma and Seval who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Rooms are clean, breakfast is superb. Views are remarkable on the drive up and down. Do not hesitate to book this incredible hotel!

Best place for escape from city. Only thing that they should work on their menu which is not best paired with such ambient, thye should add more stuff on it.

We have visited the restaurant there. The staff was not friendly and a cold dish and a soup took more than 60min delivery time while the restaurant was not crowded at all. The food was decent but not worth the money. Would not recommend again.

Like this hotel, but not their food. Rooms are very stylish, staff is friendly. Would not recommend their breakfast food - everything is topped in oil, fried and very greasy. No vegan choices or even something lighter. Spa and saunas are ok.

Beautiful hotel nested between the mountains with access to many hiking tracks. Rooms very clean and hotel well maintained. There was a cultural show on the weekend, food is good and service is ok. Strongly recommended.

Restaurant is too expensive for Bosnian standard like you are staying at London, Coca Cola 0.25 ml is 5 KM, Sparkling water 4 KM, the most expensive place in the town, overcrowded, we waited more than 45 minutes with baby for order. Huge disappointment!

Great restaurant downstairs. Citrus mix juice really invigorates you after a long walk. Didn’t stay in hotel but looks super interesting and probably a great base for exploring local hiking routes. Approx 2hr+ hike to top of mountain if you fancy. Or you can explore the abandoned bobsled track.

I can only tell about the restaurant. After a long hike from Sarajevo on a sunny day this was quite an oasis. The service was slick and friendly. The homemade cake and juice was a delight!

I was invited by one of my closed friends in Sarajevo for lunch and it was a weekend. I have tried the chicken pasta white sauce & mashrom . Overall the taste was ok but the mashrom was not fresh and had a negative impact on the taste. The place atmosphere was excellent then we went indoor and have tried the treletcha and Turkish tea and it was perfect. Overall rating : 8/10

Waiter explained that paying for 2 coffee is not possible with credit card, that is too small amount. The year is 2022 and no cash ATM is present on mountain Trebevic. If you are going to have hotel with restaurant on turistic destination, then you should accept payment with all credit cards ! Not to mention that prices are like we are visiting Las Vegas.

Nice big room, with friendly staff members, great tasting food. Facilities include: gym, swimming pool, sauna, pool table, table tennis and wood-burning fireplace lounge area. My only complaint would be the price is too high for the area. Mountain location is a double-edged sword, it's beautiful and peaceful up there but becomes difficult to get to and from the city centre.

We did not stay in the hotel, instead we were passing by and visited restaurant only, hence my review is based on that. Place looks nice, clean and crowded. Lot of people around. There is no a lot of variety of food (based on the menu we had), but meals we had were really good. Waiters are really polite, and you dont wait a lot for a meal to be prepared, even when its crowded.

So Fantastic nature place to take a rest. I like every things in this hotel, room, lobby, restaurant and swimming pool. Diverse and delicious breakfast. Nice and helpful employees.

The place is really beautiful in both architecture and surrounding nature. The rooms are also beautiful. The three stars: the hotel is cheap! The rooms have no kettles, small towels, no tissues. The food is really really not good. We tried 4 different dishes and they are all bad. The problem is they are far from the city and food is not cheap yet it's bad and you have no choice. Finally some personnel of the hotel were not friendly. But seriously food should be improved and I mean the whole menu. PS: cable car is a 15min tiring walk. So it's not ideal for older people.

Book a room on booking for 2 people with breakfast. When we came to hotel, they told us that we have reservation for only one person without breakfast. We were showing reservation on booking and that it’s still available to book a room for two for the same price we’ve booked it initially. They made drama and max what they did - they offered us to stay in the room for 2 for higher price and without breakfast. Since it was late evening we had to accept. At the same time we were even offering them to contact booking and to see with them what could be the issue - they didn’t want to. And the fact that both the owner and receptionist were rude and didn’t even try to solve the problem normally is just big NO to the place
