A
small
family
run
hotel,
located
about
650m
from
Baščaršija
(a
10
or
15
min
walk
depending
on
whether
you
are
going
uphill
or
downhill),
almost
opposite
the
“Alija
Izetbegović”
museum
and
the
yellow
fort.
There
is
very
little
available
parking
if
you
have
your
own
car,
but
they
seem
to
be
able
to
accommodate
your
needs.
Nice
and
quiet
neighbourhood.
The
17
rooms
are
reasonably
large,
spacious,
clean
and
airy,
with
a
good
amount
of
storage
(including
in-room
safe).
The
bed
was
super
comfy.
Decent
air
conditioning.
Fully
stocked
room
fridge.
Good
reliable
Wi-Fi.
Largish
bathroom,
with
slippers,
bathrobe
and
toiletries
provided.
When
we
needed
fresh
towels
(our
fault
for
leaving
the
do
not
disturb
sign
on
the
door
all
day)
they
provided
towels
from
the
sauna
room
-
larger
and
fluffier
than
the
room
towels.
We
were
on
the
first
floor,
so
we
generally
took
the
stairs
however
they
have
a
good-sized
central
lift/elevator.
The
room
numbers
all
have
a
special
story
behind
them
so
worth
asking.
The
staff
were
friendly
and
accommodating,
in
contact
with
our
tour
operator,
and
happy
to
answer
any
queries/questions
we
had.
As
we
had
an
evening
flight,
they
stored
our
luggage
and
even
made
the
sauna
available
for
us
to
use,
for
a
shower
and
change
of
clothes
-
which
given
it
was
a
hot
summers
day
we
greatly
appreciated.
The
breakfasts
are
in
the
inhouse
restaurant/bar,
which
opens
out
onto
a
small
courtyard.
The
breakfast
wasn't
amazing
but
it
was
fresh,
well
stocked
and
varied.
It
included
bakery
items,
sausages,
eggs,
rice,
vegetarian
options,
cold
meats,
cheeses
and
cereals
-
all
you
could
reasonably
ask
for.
From
the
time
we
walked
in
until
the
time
that
we
left
we
felt
well
looked
after,
we
didn't
feel
like
a
number
but
like
a
family
guest.
