The hotel aziza is a lovely, family run hotel with a personal touch to it. The room was really well kept and the bathroom was nice and modern. It was quiet at night and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel is in a scenic location, overlooking Sarajevo. We have to give a special mention to Mustafa. He went above and beyond for us, dealing with a situation with the utmost concern and help that he could provide. He is a real credit to the Hotel and it was a pleasure knowing him.

Great and clean hotel with very hospitable people. We stayed in the upper room right under the roof and it was perfect. Also we had to leave and check out early, didn’t have time for breakfast, and guys packed us some food to have on the train, it was really nice! Definitely check out why rooms’ numbers look like some dates - it’s really heartwarming

Clean, comfortable, safe and secure. Very good value for money. Plentiful breakfast. Friendly staff that speak good English. Staff also referred me to a very reliable and friendly taxi driver for airport transfer. 👍🏻

good location, can go walking to the old town. Doesn’t have a good parking area (fits 3 or 4 cars max). The breakfast is ok. Could improve. In front of a cemetery. The AC doesn’t works well for summer.

Amazing boutique hotel and clean! I’m a marriot titanium member but opted to stay here as rest were sold out. Everything was amazing for the price, location, service, and value.

A small family run hotel, located about 650m from Baščaršija (a 10 or 15 min walk depending on whether you are going uphill or downhill), almost opposite the “Alija Izetbegović” museum and the yellow fort. There is very little available parking if you have your own car, but they seem to be able to accommodate your needs. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. The 17 rooms are reasonably large, spacious, clean and airy, with a good amount of storage (including in-room safe). The bed was super comfy. Decent air conditioning. Fully stocked room fridge. Good reliable Wi-Fi. Largish bathroom, with slippers, bathrobe and toiletries provided. When we needed fresh towels (our fault for leaving the do not disturb sign on the door all day) they provided towels from the sauna room - larger and fluffier than the room towels. We were on the first floor, so we generally took the stairs however they have a good-sized central lift/elevator. The room numbers all have a special story behind them so worth asking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, in contact with our tour operator, and happy to answer any queries/questions we had. As we had an evening flight, they stored our luggage and even made the sauna available for us to use, for a shower and change of clothes - which given it was a hot summers day we greatly appreciated. The breakfasts are in the inhouse restaurant/bar, which opens out onto a small courtyard. The breakfast wasn't amazing but it was fresh, well stocked and varied. It included bakery items, sausages, eggs, rice, vegetarian options, cold meats, cheeses and cereals - all you could reasonably ask for. From the time we walked in until the time that we left we felt well looked after, we didn't feel like a number but like a family guest.

Close to the old town. Kind staff, tidy rooms and a very good breakfast. The number of car parks is limited.

Don’t know where to start. Rooms are dirty. Under the beds are truly disgusting and dead insects. Rooms are old and not furnish well. No tissue box. Hotel management will look after people with a longer booking than you and threaten to remove you if your kids are noisy in the corridor(2-3mins) 😂 Definitely not a kid/family friendly hotel No room service or porter to assists with your luggage. Breakfast was nothing special. P.s I was staying for 6days in their suite. Booked by my Agent because I wouldn’t have book it myself. Always a first to everything Pls stay in a proper established hotel if you’re are on a Holiday.

Lovely family run hotel on top of a gorgeous hill. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we'll equipped. Definitely recommend staying here and talking a walk during the day around the area as it's unique and beautiful, especially the house next door.

We love love loved the breakfast. Despite the somewhat hilly location, if we come to Sarayevo again we would for sure stay here. The hotel was also clean and the staff were helpful and kind. I find this hotel to be one of those "great value for the price" establishments. Highly recommended.

I came back to Aziza hotel, as I fell in love with it when I was there for the first time. This time I was organising my wedding in Sarajevo so I decided to accommodate in Aziza all my guests and definitely I wasn't disappointed! Everyone was very satisfied with their rooms, location and - what's the most important - BREAKFAST! Also very professional and kind staff is a big advantage. I'm sure I'll come here once again. PS Thank you for the present for our wedding, it was very nice of you <3

The only disappointment here is that I cannot give them more than Five Stars! This hotels' Motto is "Once a Guest, Always a friend" And it could not be more true. Going here I felt more like I was going to a family members house than a Hotel. The staff went out of their way to set me up with a gorgeous room, facilitated several tours for me throughout Bosnia, and arranged my round trip transportation to the Sarajevo Int'l Airport. They also have one of the most impressive breakfasts I've ever seen at a hotel. This hotel is family and friends owned and you can tell they put pride and quality into every aspect of this facility. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sarajevo, you will definitely not be disappointed!
