A great hostel with awesome vibes and cool staff. This hostel is located 15-20 minutes from the old city, which is a great place to be. The only problem is that it's on top of a steep hill, so it is a bit of a cardio workout to get home. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby, with a supermarket next door, but it is a more quiet area. The airport is only 25min drive from the hostel, expect to pay from 20BAM (agree on price first), and public transport would be even cheaper, though a little less reliable. The rooms and facilities were very clean. I stayed in a 6 bed mixed dorm. Beds had power sockets and lights next to beds, but no shade covering. Bring your own lock (medium-large sized) to use the huge assigned locker within the room. Towels were provided. Staff were very friendly and had great recommendations for the city. Overall, I'd recommend this hostel as mind as you don't mind the climb.

Best hostel I've stayed at so far on my Balkans trip. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and just fun, the facilities are amazing, the common room is really social and great. There's also a great bakery 50m down the street for breakfast :) Definitely recommend spending your time here.

The hostel is clean and cozy. The decoration is nice and with amazing view from the terrace. The staff are friendly. They offer good recommendation for landmarks and restaurants. The owner is helpful, she arranged a tour for me to Srebrenica. The location is 20 mins walk to old town. There is a bakery and market 2 mins walk. The hostel is safe they provide a key for the gate and a card for the inner door (for late arrivals) The hostel is on a hill so going up to the hostel is a little bit hard for me carrying my backpack It will be great if you put dividers or curtains between beds for privacy.

Great, modern hostel. Probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Beds very comfortable. Common room very nice. Staff are very informative and friendly, even the owner herself gave me and my girlfriend a lift to the bus station after it started to rain torrentially and we couldn't get a taxi. Even though she had some young children to be taking care of at the same time. We certainly would have missed our bus if it wasn't for her. Would highly recommend.

Top notch Hostel. Great decorations, the owner must have a great taste😉 Never seen a hostel that is so well kept and clean. They have everyday cleaning routines. Better than some hotels. Great social room. Good kitchen facilities. Grocery store just 10 meters away. And to top it all, the staff is just amazing. Loved my time here. Hope we meet again! With love from Finland

We really liked the environment in the Kucha hostel. They serve delicious breakfast. Every corner of the hostel is so much clean, every corner! The volunteers are so kind, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the time we have spent last three days. Highly recommended! 💜

This hostel is great! Stefan welcomed me very nicely, he's super cool, friendly and helpful. And the rest of the staff are amazing too! It's a small friendly hostel with a functional kitchen/lobby area, comfy beds with individual bed lights and two wall sockets, clean toilets and showers, great people and good vibes 🔝 And WiFi is very good with the new router. Totally worth the 15 minute uphill walk from the city (maybe not if you travel with big luggage). From the train station is like a 30 minute walk. I recommend this place 💯%

The best hostel I've ever been. Rooms and common area always clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. You can enjoy the moment with your friends while you are having a free coffee at the terrace.

The hostel is AMAZING !! First the staff is extremely nice and welcoming , Dennis was top guy and he talked to me about the city and the history of the country and was kind enough to offer his recommendation related to restaurants and ways to get around . The rooms are very high end , everything is so clean and fresh and not very packed also the bathrooms and showers are very modern and clean. The kitchen is very spacious and usually you can find a friend or two having a chat over a cup of tea . The whole experience was more than excellent , this is how Hostels should be , a definite recommendation for every who stays at Sarajevo. On a side note ; having curtains on the frame of each frame would be a great idea to offer more privacy and not bother people who are are light sensitive sleepers.

Great hostel! The hostel is super clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the social rooms and terrace are super spacious for meeting new people. The owner of the hostel has a lot of enthusiasm and is a good discussion partner. Always again.

What a gem of a hostel! I initially booked for 3 nights and quickly extended as it was absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly, supermarkets are around the corner and the location is great as you can walk to the center of Sarajevo or the old town. A tip, download the App BinBin for scooter sharing, this will make your life easier 😅.

Super clean, modern, lovely and lively place. The balcony is very cute. Only downside is the location, which is 1.5 km up a very pronounced hill (but it is a hilly country, so idk)

Wonderful hostel! The cleanest and most well-equipped kitchen I’ve ever experienced at a hostel. Staff was beyond nice and helpful with recommendations and tickets. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing stay at the hostel. Sejla, the owner, is the kindest host you can ever meet! The whole atmosphere was so friendly and warm, the hostel had a mixture of modern and authentic vibe. Perfect for the price ✨

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed at. The location is great in a nice neighbourhood 15 mins walk from the old town and most of the sights. The hostel is extremely clean, there's a lovely common area that's very sociable but not noisy, and the dorms are so well furnished and very comfy beds. The only thing they could do with is AC or ceiling fans as the room was very hot and stuffy to sleep in. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. A great place to stay!

A superb hostel in Sarajevo! Good beds, facilities, nice common rooms, but above all...really friendly staff! Location is on a hill, but central location. Stay here if you want a great hostel experience.

The guy at the reception was awesome, helpful and friendly! Thanks for the help. Very good for travelers. But book in advance, it's a popular place.

It was great time, people are so nice and the owner is so friendly. We made some really nice friendships there because they have a nice lobby for hanging out and also you can see the whole city from their terrace. If you need the perfect place to stay in Sarajevo this is the best one. Also everything is clean and fresh, which is very important!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best hostels I've been at. Modern, friendly staff and owner. Only "downside" is that it's uphill so be ready to walk up 10' the steep streets from city center

If you have the chance, go to Kucha. They have a kitchen so good that makes you feel like cooking. The kitchen also has a great couch and a good balcony, great common areas. The staff is extra polite, nice, cool and helpful, all of them. The atmosphere is simply outstanding and the beds are very comfortable. The toilets are separated from the showers, which is very good. I felt very secure, they have two doors. The location is 10min walk from the center, but it's a walk going uphill.

We arrived in Sarajevo just in time for new year's Eve. We met the lovely owner who made a feast with an amazing variety of traditional foods and sweets. We ended up celebrating in the cozy shared space with other warm people . In the end of the evening we had a quiet night in our clean dorm room. Highly recommended!!
