One of the best hotels. Unique, it was beautiful balcony where you can enjoy drinks and staff is very friendly. Perfectly clean rooms and I highly recommend it!

Our stay at hotel Sana was great, the room was modern and clean. The breakfast was also good each morning with eggs, toast, sausages, fruit and a range of cereals and Yoghurt. Very handy to the old Town and restaurants.

The location for the hotel is amazing , its just beside the old town . the service is superior and they have an amazing breakfast . All the people are very helpful but the star and the Dynamo for the hotel is Mirnela , she was very helpful in the process , she explained everything about the city including the "Bomb "in Ramadan , and she made for me some reservations for trips "though I feel there is one situation she will always remember " . happy to stay in that hotel , the owner gives a lot of details on the items he is adding in the rooms and the hotel .

Beautiful hotel just 1minute from the old town. The rooms are modern and immaculate - superb decor and immaculately clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. Just be careful..very careful when leaving the hotel as the tramline/road is literally at the edge of the road....a sign needs to be out up warning guests of this dangerous aspect. But all in all highly recommend and a big thank you to the staff

Small hotel, right in the city center (Old Town of Sarajevo). The rooms are comfortable and very clean. All people working at the hotel are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is always fresh as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sarajevo!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. It is modern with friendly staff, perfect room with everything you need and on the doorstep of everything you want to do it n Sarajevo. All the restaurants are right there. The hotel's breakfast is just amazing. It has a huge spread of anything wonderful from fruits to cheese to hot breakfast. We really enjoyed. Just to add when we arrived we parked our car to face the hotel which would have made exiting very difficult. They actually moved the car so it's easier to exit and even came out to direct us into the main road which is very busy.

The Hotel Sana is the best option to stay and rest for holiday in Sarajevo. The Hotel staff are so kind and helpful. Especially Mirnella and other guys are so friendly. I’m thank you again for night tea =)) Hotel Location is so great you can visit every important area of Sarajevo by walking. If you rent a car you can also park the hotel parking area. Breakfast and other features also good but they can improve. I advise Hotel Sana for everyone who visit Sarajevo.

Despite arriving with the typical travel weariness, the hotel staff’s impeccable service swiftly transformed our fatigue into comfort and ease. A special shoutout is in order for Tarik, Emil, and Zahra, whose attentiveness to our needs was remarkable – they truly are the stars of hospitality! There was also another receptionist whose name escapes me, but her service shone just as brightly. Each request was met with a swift, can-do attitude, showing that they couldn’t do enough to ensure our satisfaction. Admittedly, the rooms are on the snug side, but this is easily offset by the charm and character that's to be expected given the hotel's prime location. They provided cozy havens to return to after a day of exploring the city. Speaking of exploration, the hotel's location could not be more convenient. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the city, every outing was a new adventure waiting to happen – cultural landmarks, shopping, and dining experiences were but a leisurely stroll away. The daily breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Not only was it delicious and bountiful, but being halal, it was also incredibly accommodating, ensuring we started our day on the right note, every single day. It's worth noting the practicalities – the city tax is a mere 2 euros per adult per night, a nominal fee for the exceptional experience. Parking is also available at 10 euros a night, which, considering the location and security provided, is more than reasonable. Hotel Sana may be a four-star establishment, but our experience was undoubtedly beyond five stars. For anyone considering a stay here, expect to leave with memories fondly etched into your heart, courtesy of a team that goes above and beyond.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were extremely satisfied. In terms of location, it’s one of the best places to stay, and the parking facility is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extensive with fresh products. The only minor downside might be the somewhat dated rooms, but this is not bothersome

I stayed in Hotel Sana for 3 nights in November 2023 in a double room. The major plus point was the staff who were super nice, friendly and made us feel very welcome. This included the manager, front desk staff, cleaners, etc. They dealt with our requests and queries quickly and were always on hand to offer advice and recommendations. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. They have all necessities and are modern. The added scent in the corridors was a nice touch. The hotel's location is ideally situated in the old city and is walking distance from attractions such as Baščaršija historical market, city hall, cable cars, etc. Space to park a car is 20m from hotel at 10 Euros a night. The breakfast was tasty. I love my tea so would have been nice to have a kettle in my room. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sarajevo. I had a really pleasant stay and can't recommend this hotel enough.

Overall Experience: My overall experience at Hotel Sana was delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant ambiance and attentive service, the added scent in the corridors was the perfect compilation. Accommodation & Breakfast: The room I stayed in was spacious double bed, well-appointed, immaculately clean and cleaned daily. The comfortable bed and modern amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. The showers in the morning together with the provided breakfast buffet which was very delicious made my day start positively. Although not so much of a deal, tt would have been an added bonus to have a kettle and tea/coffee was provided in the rooms. But never the less, these were available at the hotel restaurant 24/7 Services and Staff: The staff at Hotel Sana were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. They were quick to address any requests we had and offered helpful local recommendations. Location: The hotel's central location made it convenient to access nearby attractions and restaurants, enhancing the overall convenience of our stay. Value for Money: Considering the quality of service, amenities, and comfort, I found the experience to be worth the price paid for the stay. Conclusion: Overall, my stay at Hotel Sana was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Sarajevo, Bosnia.

What you can see here is not part of the room I was given. This is THE ENTIRE ROOM. On the photo, you also can see (not) a comfortable chair, a table, a fridge with a mini bar and a welcome bowl of fruits - in other words all you can expect from a 4-star hotel. Other than this, the hotel makes a decent impression. Location is good.

Location of the Hotel is in center. Hospitality is very good. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean and smells very good. Hotel staff is very cheerful and really helpful. İ really like here breakfast is very good and delicious things they have.for my vacation first time i visited here, next time i m gonna choose here again. İ really recommend that place.

No room service for food in the evening unfortunately. Clean hotel, great location and helpful day staff. The remote in our room does not work for the tv which is frustrating as we had to spend 5 hours with the tv blaring (unable to turn the volume down or turn it off) a member of staff came and pulled out wires in the end to make it stop. Convenient spot in the city. A few mins walk from most attractions too

What a great hotel. Perfect location for old town. Right next to the tram line. Great (and complimentary) breakfast. Nice terrace area where you can work or chill. Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of water pressure.
