Amazing hotel i like the atmosphere the staff the place is very close to the city center also the breakfast is so delicious

Small and cosy hotel near the city center. We spent one night there and would have stayed longer, if the were free rooms available. The staff was extremely nice and helpful - the receptionist helped us to install some local app and order delivery to the hotel and allowed us to use the hotel kitchen and sit in the dining area. She also adviced us on the nearby amenities and helped with money exchange. I can 100% recommend this hotel!

Nice little modern hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean. My only complaint was the strong smell of cigarette smoke (but I blame the guests and not the hotel for this). Short walk to the old town. Nice selection of breakfast items. Located off the river. Free parking was convenient

Big disappointment. So the room was literally so small we couldn't open our travel suitcase, we had to open one side at a time. On top of that there was a fire alarm in the ceiling that emitted a flash every 15 seconds or so. Breakfast was awful, especially the coffee was undrinkable... And don't ask for espresso which you have to pay for (machine is dirty so it tastes like the coffee you just tried). Only good thing is a comfortable bed. Don't believe the hype! It's a scam.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Sarajevo. The rooms are cozy and clean and the service is very helpful and totally friendly. The breakfast was amazing too

Not worth the price. I was actually really looking forward to my stay at this hotel but I ended up getting room next to the reception where everything is audible, without proper noise isolation, next to the main road. Room is nothing as advertised on the photos. Big disappointment. Two stars are for the location and parking.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Heritage Hotel Gate of Sarajevo. The location is perfect and the breakfast is adequate. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are a bit disappointing, our door kept sticking and we were worried the handle would come off, but overall we do recommend.

They are great !!! From the first moment we entered the hotel until the last moment, we felt like a real guest. it's a great hotel and great people work there. Good location, parking available, clean room with nice bed. For the price, there could be some improvements. Empty minibar shouldn't exist in this price range. Besides, there was no chance ordering anything from the reception. Bathroom needs fixing. Next time when I go to Sarajevo, I will call them for sure before going somewhere else, but if these things are not improved, I'll look for something else.

Excellent place to stay at. Close to the city center.

I really enjoyed living here for a few days. It was very economical but no sacrifice on cleanliness or quality. Front desk staff was top notch! Breakfast was very good as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great clean rooms and beautiful decorated. They have nice parking lot next to the hotel with CCTV cameras. Breakfast is a buffet with fresh food. It's 2 minutes walk to Vijećnica and baščaršija 4 minutes walk. Fantastic
