The hotel is exploitative, they paid us 100€ for ridiculous reason. Also the beds are so small, and the wifi is slow, this’s the worst hotel i’ve ever gone.

Staffs: I want to say all staff is smiling all the time. They always were interested for every questions or needs. The room: Hotel room was also clean and good. However telephone in the room wasn’t work. Also some prizes weren’t work. There wasn’t any kettle to drink tea or coffe. They just have something in the minibar. It was not enough to me. The other things were also good, working and clean in the room. Breakfast: The breakfast, this part was thin. Their breakfast is all-you-can-eat buffet. Because there was not enough foods. I think it could be better. Price: Their room price was not too much. I think it was worth it. Suitable to stay for this hotel. According to your expectation: Finally, if all these things is enough to you, you can choose this hotel. I also added the room photos. Enjoy your travel or trip 😉

The best service of my life! Hotel Grad is a refreshingly modern establishment that represents what Sarajevo as a whole strives to be. With multiple people at the front desk, you can have all your needs met by the attentive staff. The rooms are very modern, with large bathrooms showcasing rain showers. The breakfast here is all you can eat, with more than enough options. Also, the expresso is amazing!

I was amazed by how clean is this hotel, especially, the carpet since it is harder to maintain. Also, Marku was one of the few friendly and helpful people I met here in Bosnia

Was passing through Sarajevo and stayed here for one night. Staff were helpful in giving transport advice. Most spoke good English. Room was spotless. Location, as others said, is about 30mins walk from centre, but bus service is regular every 10min or so

We recently stayed in this hotel and our stay was simply amazing. Not only were we pleasantly surprised by the standards of the accommodation but the hospitality of the staff made our trip. The building is brand new, freshly painted and our room was nice and clean. The staff could not be more welcoming and went far above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make us feel at home. They arranged reliable transportation for us to get around and even drove us to the airport to make sure we are on time for our early flight. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of cereals, pastries and traditional local dishes. Best coffee in town. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we will be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Small rooms but very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast basic and limited parking (but free). Far away from the center so prepare for a 30min walk or a cab.

Clean and good hotel. Not expensive and close to buses. 25 minutes walking to old town. Rooms clean, big. Food was ok. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Sarajevo

A very nice hotel with brand new rooms and furniture. I loved it was quite and close to everything. Not getting 5 stars as the savings imposed are visible everywhere, from the towels and toiletries not being replaced to the toilet paper running out. Reception staff was very nice including when I left and I needed a taxi at 4 in the morning

Wouldn't stay this far out of the city. The staff was homely and amazing, especially the owner and a lady called Addisa. The people made the stay special.
