Nice tidy hotel that is very central and convenient close for city exploring. The staff are supper friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very basic and the parking situation is a bit tricky.

Horrible! The hotel is full of bugs, they offer nothing even the breakfast is not served fresh but couple of days old salami and cheese. Reception is very dirty, bugs and spider webs everywhere and the restaurant where the breakfast is served has a horrible smell and the walls turned yellow from dirt and smoke I suppose. Nothing is vacuum cleaned so you will find hair from previous guests all over your room and bathroom. The boss lady crashed one of the guest's car as they make you leave your keys at the reception for them to move it around as the parking is extremely narrow, and wouldn't admit it was the hotel's fault because their security cameras don't work and they said the guest couldn't prove anything! This is not a 4* hotel, more like a very expensive hostel.

Very disappointing! Dirty and overpriced. Spiders and little annoying flies EVERYWHERE! Even the sanitary inspection came to the hotel and wrote them a fine! The bedding and the towels have big yellow stains on them and the rooms barely fit one bed.

Modern decorated rooms. There is not lot of parking slots. Service vas good and price also. It is clean and cosy. Hotel location is also good, not far from the city center, you can take a short walk to Bascarsija, it takes 10 minutes, 15 at least. Best recomendation.

Location is good. The design of the room as well. But dear heaven… this place is just not maintained. Electricity sockets hanging out of the wall and even a missing shower door! Oh… and beware if you’re arachnophobic. Spiders everywhere. 2 on my bed, in the bathroom, on all the windows, in the halls…see other reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem for years now.

Terrible experience. Placed in a room with no air-conditioning, the shower door was missing. Was dirty, staff were rude and even though they admitted to being aware the aircon didn't work. Didn't offer to assist us or provide at least a discount and were rude and dismissive. Please don't visit here. There are so many other options.

Staff very friendly, location great - everywhere close, tasty breakfasts, nice room, although small. But there are also downsides to the stay - first and foremost the lack of a shower door and the incredible noise from outside - from 7am all day :/

Great stuff welcoming and accommodating. Decent breakfast (home style) Cleaning (not that good but they offer clean towels) Parking (few spots across the street but it’s a hustle, one of the staff has to remove a car or stops the traffic so you can park) P.S be aware of plugging your charger (on the wall directly not via the bed extension or you will have a block out 😩) Very helpful staff and one of the ladies scolded us for buying coffee form the cafe 😂 and not taking the one offered at the breakfast 😅

The hotel is in a good location very close to the center. the rooms are quite small but beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist Mirza, who explained to us all the important things for visiting Sarajevo and made our stay very pleasant

The workers here are lovely and make you feel at home. I love this place because of the workers. The safe didn’t work though which was a bummer but it felt safe. The area is a bit dark at night but I would definitely come back just for the staff!

You reach the Başçarşi which is the historical part of Sarajevo by 15 min walk. You can reach there from airport by different ways. Taxi takes 30 min with nearly 10 EUR. It is located near to the river. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and friendly. At the fourth floor there is breakfast room. The breakfast is not so rich but it is enogh. You can also have coffee for 24 hours from this room. It is always open. The price is very good for such a nice hotel. I strongly recommend this place for especially short visits.

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff. We felt welcome the second we entered. The room was clean, cozy and stylish. Breakfast was simple and good. The parking lot is small but fits up to 4 cars and is safe. The staff helps with parking. The location was convenient: short walk to the old town, bars and food close by. Bonus: the hotel is very dog friendly! Overall a perfect Sarajevo experience.
