we reserved 3 bedrooms premium room for a week. Here are some of the problems that we countered: 1.The wifi: maximum speed is 7MB if you want faster wifi you have to pay with money?! 2.Housekeeping: 🆗 we all know housekeeping is responsible for taking care of your room, but in this hotel, they just change the towels and the blankets. If you put that green card else they won't. Also, they don't clean the kitchen tools. 3.Kitchen tools: there were only each 2, for example, 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 forks..etc. Our room was for 6 people. 4.Jacuzzi isn't working: so I asked them why it's not working, they said we haven't activated this feature yet. 5.The living room TV had no channels. 6.Dishwasher wasn't working from the very first day. Took them 2 days to fix it. 7.The restaurant we asked if they could turn on the ac because it was really hot, they said the ac is broken. Things I liked about this hotel: 1. The room was very good and wide living room. 2.There are two types of sauna and a gym. 3.shoes cleaning machine. 4. The receptionist were friendly especially Ahmed.

Stayed their for 7days hotel is good breakfast was ok since it wasn’t crowded during my stay they offer Alla carte but restaurant staff they are the best at the hotel and very cooperative the only area of improvement housekeeping like every body said. Hint when check in inspect the room and notify them for any damage even simple thing other wise you end up paying for it.overalls costumer service need to be improved

Actually staffs need more trining how to deal with customers. They are tough not with me but I saw them how to deal with some customers. They don’t wait until you leave your room to clean they want to clean based on their schedule which annoyed me. Don’t expect any service after 9 pm. Because only one receptionist there. No free parking 🅿️ provided which you may use that area next to the hotel to park your car which is behind the hotel that make the access to hotel more difficult. But to be honest the rooms are clean big and comfortable. Their prices is high maybe because of the summer holiday. I have Rotana membership but I feel this hotel is different of rest.

The Hotel was great with a friendly staff at the reception. We booked a 3 bedroom Suite for 7 days which was very Spacious and clean specially for a family. Breakfast was delicious with many kinds of foods.

Good and spacious room, 2 bedrooms with a living room and a kitchen. The only bad thing about this hotel is the housekeeping team ( the worst I’ve ever seen !! ). Not good cleaning, rude, not putting water and soap ( which we payed for ! ) , not changing bedsheets and not cooperative. In my opinion this is a vital point in the hotel, especially for guests staying for long period. I wish this point to be taken into consideration. They need a continuous supervision and evaluation. The guys in the reception helpful and smiling, and the lady at the restaurant as well. Housekeeping staff not available all the time at the hotel! Only until 8 pm I think. The only person who answers us at night is the security who is not speaking English language.

We booked two bedrooms apartment. Today is my third day stay but I discovered the room service is very bad!! Whenever i call for an item or help.. no body is answering or if answered they will take a very very long time!! Location is good as well as apartment space but service is poor.

I stayed in it for 10 days to check in, they took more than 3 hours, and during my stay the breakfast was rather good, but the staff was a bit moody, sometimes ignoring and not knowing what you want other times, but the cleanliness is 10/10 and the location is good

the hotel is perfect, staff are very nice especially senad and the hotel manager .. the rooms need to be cleaner thats the only thing have to say

We have stayed in this apartment hotel for 16 nights. Part of the time was in 2 bedroom apartment for 3 people and the rest was in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people. The building and the apartments are relatively new. However, unfortunately the service, the housekeeping and the staff behavior are all below expectations. The housekeeping is especially very poor where cleaning is not done well and even at some days includes only emptying the trash baskets and laying down the bedsheets while keeping any trash or dirts not touched. I believe in no time, the condition of the apartments will go down big time. Most of the staff at the reception are not very friendly or cooperative either they are not well trained about customer care or this is their personal nature. Overall, I would have given my experience with this place no more than one star but I gave it two stars considering the facility being relatively new. I would suggest that Rotana management look at the root causes.

Hi,us and our friends were staying here multiple times and the only concern is the pool because they always say that it will be ready but never is. spa without pool incredible, prayer room like garage storage room no respect to the religion it would be more respectful without prayer room

This hotel provides a Luxurious stay right in the Heart of Sarajevo. I love the design and the spacious rooms- not something you see often in the area. The waiting room was divine and the receptionists friendly and fluent in English and German. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, so many options! I'd love to wake up in Bosmal again :)

The hotel location is very good, rooms are spacious. Treatment at reception could have been much better though as the lady was a big hot tempered and we were tired from the flight and she kept explaining in a rude way.

The rooms are great although only one shower for five people. The room service is slow and bad but the location is good but can be better. There are better hotels in Bosnia but Rotana is a great choice.

This hotel have great location, great services and the best rooms ever. All their rooms are modern apartments that have grest view on city of Sarajevo from heights. They also have their own transport buses. Also they have great restaurant with great cousine.

Nice hotel but they kept us waiting in the lobby for 6 hours🤷‍♂️, and the bathrooms and the towels was not clean , other than that the apartment is amazing and the view is perfect specially at morning

Excellent apartments, the reception is distinguished, nice and respectful, the apartment looks very nice, clean, tidy, the suggestion is to reduce the price somewhat, the open restaurant is also excellent for breakfast

Spacious rooms, amazing decor good location. BUT, the kitchen is missing a lot of dishes like plates, forks, spoons etc, I mean the apartment is meant for 6 people how could they include 2 plates and 2 glasses only!! And when you ask them to bring more glasses they say ask the "housekeeping"...... Is this really a 4 star hotel? The most important thing about a hotel is the service. The housekeeping, they dont vaccum the floor they dont clean the dishes they dont clean the tables... What kind of housekeeping is that?? And no its not laziness its that they are asked to not do it. There's a washing machine in the bathroom without liquid soap... So i asked the reception for some he gave me that quick washing ball for 1.5mark what's the point of the washing machine if I have to pay for every wash?? I bought a liquid soap from the bingo market anyways... Lets get back to the dishes lol, the housekeeping dont clean the dishes so.. There's a dishwahser without soap for it of course, well what's worse that it wasn't working, so again I called the reception and they sent a technician to fix it, and he said that its unfixable and it needs to be replaced, and so they did replace it the next day, and that's the only thing I appreciate, the reception man is very humble and is like working 24/7 RESPECT for that man he has helped me a lot through all of this.

We got 4 2-room suites and we liked them very much. You have a kitchen and a washing machine in each suite. Room service can be better.

The facility is really excellent and all employees are helpful, special thanks and appreciation to Ms. Semre and Ahmed in reception for their support and professionalism . They always take care of their customers.
