If you're looking for a cafe with a great view, friendly staff, and delicious cocktails and snacks, this place is definitely worth checking out. The vibe is nice and relaxing, and the pancakes and other beverages are a great way to enjoy the stunning cityscape from the tall building. Highly recommended!

Came for a coffee to the rooftop. Amazing view of Sarajevo and a relaxing place for a cuppa.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but took advantage of a sunny winters day in Sarajevo to have a coffee at the 10th floor cafe. Unfortunately the outside seating area is closed for winter and the indoors was too smoky for me. But it did seem like a nice place to visit in the warmer months when you could sit outdoors

One of places I like to go for great view. Coffe is decent, nothing spectacular but way better when you drink coffe and you have a great view on centre of the city.

The room is clean, the view is amazing. Located in pedestrian street in the centrum of Sarajevo. You have to find parking by your self, but it’s to many nearby. The stuff are nice)) I recommend it strongly.

It is a hotel that has a 360° terace as part of their caffe/restaurant. The views on Sarajevo are amazing from up there.

If you are in Sarajevo for the weekend, take some time for yourself. Music, headphones and a beautiful view of the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Without having to climb one of the mountains around Sarajevo.

Fantastic place with cute stuff. The view from the room and bathroom is perfect. First time a little bit strange to have a view from the bathroom, but it is only first time. Previous the hotel named Hecco hotel. It renamed to City view hotel in February 2023. So you could find the previous name at the maps and when you order a taxi. The reception is on the 9th floor. Will come back with pleasure ❤️

Great service, extremely friendly and supporting. Staff in general is easy going. The room was clean and comfortable but the cigarette smell was uncomfortable. The view not to forget was breathtaking. Also the missing elevator was a problem.

Best toilet with the view, definitely. Location is important perfect: lots of bars and eateries around. The room was clean and neat all the time. Internet was pretty good. Reception is located on the 9th floor. The security guy will show you the elevator (on the left).

I did not stay at the hotel. This review is only for the cafe at the top floor. Access via elevator. Service was good. Coffee was fine. Views are amazing. There is a balcony that wraps around the entire building 360°. After having walked through the city, it's pretty cool to have such a good aerial view. Definitely worth stopping in for a drink with a good view.

I haven't been to hotel but they have caffe on top of the building. The view is amazing you can see the whole city. The pictures are amazing too. Try to catch the golden hour. Caffe and drinks are average. 😊

Great view from the 9th floor and possibly from the highest bar close to the old City of SARAJEVO...

The hotel has a stunning cafe on the terrace of Hotel Hecco. You can get there by elevator however there is a set of stairs after taking the elevator to the 9th floor. The view is amazing, gives you a clear view of Sarajevo from all directions. The cafe only serves hot/cold drinks as well as cakes/ice cream. No meals are served. Prices are very modest and reasonable.
