I stayed at this hotel in early September 2019. A very nice room with good shower. Staff were great, helping me to organise a few walking tours. Breakfast was great in a nice dining area. The location of the hotel is right in the centre of the old town, but it is slightly tucked away that gives a secluded appearance.

The hotel is right in the centre of Sarajevo. Rooms are amazing, but even more amazing is the hospitality. It is truly a hotel experience like no other I have had before. When it came to leaving, I had tears in my eyes. All I have to say at the end is that it honestly felt like home. Definitely recommend it and I am returning soon because it was incredible.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the parking on-site is a great bonus if you travel by car. The place has a nice cozy atmosphere that doesn't feel as busy as a large hotel. And, most important of all: The location is simply fantastic. You're basically smack in the middle of the city centre and can reach a lot of places on foot.

A clean, friendly and nice pansion with so friendly staff. One cannot find any closer place to stay in the center. Guests can also use the parking next to the hotel. It is so easy.

The best place to stay and would highly recommend it! The staff was very friendly, room spacious, parking secured and only to cross the road to the centre.. We expected it to be a slightly noisy due to location, but again I was surpised how well insulated it is. Price-excellent! Feeling sorry for not staying in lovely Sarajevo for few more days. Hospitality is great, clean and quiet place also there are a lot of great restaurants and shops near it. Would definitely come again here and i do recommend it

Great hospitality, hotel location is near the old market where all the famous shops are nearby, free breakfast and parking spot is 10 km/day.

We stayed here several times, the hospitality is great. Very pleasant people. Perfect location situated near the old bazar. For sure at our next visit to Sarajevo we stay here again.

Worst hotel ever. Staff very unfriendly, The rooms are not properly cleaned. The sound isolation is very bad, since the it's situated very close to the Old Town Square, you can hear cars or people passing by.

Unfortunately the room we booked was unavailable when we checked in but it was quickly sorted the next day and we could choose the room best for us. A perfect location for exploring, literally steps from the main sights. No facilities in the room but a communal kitchen with kettle, pots etc if you want to use it. Clean and comfortable apart from the lumpy pillows. Lovely staff too!
