This hotel was ideally situated for us in Sarajevo! Rooms were clean, staff helpful! Breakfast could have been maintained better, cool should have looked after the hot for better rather than being on her phone!

Decent hotel, relatively close to the old city centre. Warm and helpful staff, 24h reception, spacious rooms. WiFi is a problem.

No lists, but friendly staff. Only 500 metres uphill from the Old Town.

Basic hotel. Couple minus: Cooling machine in the room was so noisy that i must use earplugs! Toilet paper was also finish i must go to reception and get paper!

Noisy, basic cleaning, uncomfortable beds, curtains are shorter than windows, basic breakfast too... not that central. There is many better options in Sarajevo. RUN AWAY !

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, good breakfast selection

Great place, has its own parking space, clean rooms and the beds feel great. Sadly there is no alivator.

RUN AWAY!!!! Bathrooms smelled of sewage, behind the sofa chair was a crusty N95, the upholstery of said chair had a HUGE oil stain hidden at the backside we discovered after folding it out to reach the socket, there was a hole in the wall next to the dresser with wires running through it and we had the saddest breakfast of our whole trip here. The coffee was more like mud, there were five choices for food: bread, cereal, tomatoes and cucumbers, sausages and eggs, all mediocre at best. Reception told us to pour water down the drain in the bathroom to deal with the sewage smell, and one of the housekeepers left a dirty well-used scrubbing mitt RIGHT NEXT TO OUR LUGGAGE.

Modern, large rooms, clean bathroom. Value, walk to town. Limited breakfast.

For the price the value is great value
