Nice rooms, good breakfast and very friendly, caring and helpful staff. However the hotel is very difficult to locate. In Sarajevo, there is a culture of paying taxi driver who would lead you to the hotel. You need to follow his taxi. Please don't ask for River view as you'll just end up paying extra for nothing.

Superb location, Spacious and modern rooms, but above all the girls from reception and Amana specially give an amazing service experience.. 🙏. So friendly. Breakfast can be improved, no fresh vegetables and fruits.

The breakfast is TERRIBLE, inexistent is a complete desapoitment. Few old breads and estrange coffee and that is it. Really a complete desaster. The receptionist is kind. Room are ok, but nothing amazing. There is no housekeeper, someone came in the morning and changed the towels and that is it. Does not worth the price benefits. The restaurant were is served the breakfast is cold and empty, looks like a hospital. There is available parking in front of the hotel , but if u park in front need to chany the other cara to move yours. The room is very noise as you can hear everything from outside, also you can not block all the lights as the curtains does not close properly.

Hotel is very clean, room is good and located in the city center, the most important thing is to have a very welcoming staff like Amila and Saura. They are highly supportive and welling to help with smile and did for me to many things extra miles which really appreciated with Thanks

Hotel is in the centre of the city. Small and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They got a parking. Nice and modern design. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choices and delicious food and drinks. I recommend this hotel.

Breakfast look like somene is constantly running to supermarket as soon as something is running out. Very poor and funny offer. Pity because everything else is acceptable.

Since there are many comments about the hotel, I do not want to write long and I want to share my experience. I spent 3 days in this hotel with a friend. 250 Turkish Liras (40 €) was lost from my friend's purse. We were out there doing our jobs. When we came back at night, my friend said there was no money in her purse. I immediately went to see the reception. They just said we'd take a look, we'il take care of it, we'il let you know when we find it. Nothing else happened. No camera control or housekeeping staff was spoken with us. My personal opinion is not a reliable hotel and for these reasons, I would advise you not to stay in this hotel.

A hotel in the best location of Sarajevo. In a short time you can reach many stores for shopping or the sights such as the old town. The promenade is right next to the hotel and offers everything you could wish for. The staff is very friendly and helpful and seeks solutions for the guest. One star is deducted because I was the only guest missing something from breakfast and did not have time to wait (scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.). I will still check into the hotel again on my next trip.
