We
booked
a
room
here
this
summer
and
had
a
terrible
experience.
We
immediately
noticed
that
the
room
was
very
dirty
and
asked
them
to
clean
the
bathroom.
After
some
convincing
they
did
clean
it
and
even
the
cleaning
lady
agreed
that
the
room
could
not
have
been
cleaned
for
a
while.
We
went
out
for
a
walk
and
when
we
came
back
there
were
a
lot
of
bugs
in
the
room
and
the
air
condition
was
not
working.
I
checked
the
booking
app
and
saw
that
it
was
not
too
late
to
cancel
and
leave.
We
told
the
staff
that
we
were
leaving
and
why,
and
they
said
that
they
were
sorry
to
hear
that
but
told
us
it
was
okay
for
us
to
leave.
When
we
arrived
at
the
new
hotel
the
owner
of
this
hotel
started
sending
us
emails
saying
that
we
needed
to
come
back
and
pay.
We
explained
that
we
had
already
talked
to
other
staff
members
and
that
the
cancellation
had
gone
through
in
the
booking
app.
The
owner
started
replying
in
caps
lock
letters
and
literally
threatening
to
come
find
us
and
make
us
pay.
We
had
to
ask
the
staff
in
the
new
hotel
if
we
should
call
the
police,
and
make
sure
that
they
were
not
going
to
tell
him
which
room
we
were
in
if
he
came
to
find
us.
We
talked
to
booking
who
assured
us
that
we
had
followed
their
guidelines
for
cancellation
and
that
the
hotel
owner
had
been
informed
that
we
did
not
owe
them
anything.
I
know
for
sure
that
if
the
hotel
replies
to
this
review
it
will
be
unprofessional
and
aggressive,
just
like
the
replies
to
other
complaints
here
and
just
like
the
replies
we
got
to
our
emails.
I
would
recommend
everyone
to
avoid
this
hotel,
and
especially
avoid
having
a
disagreement
with
the
owner.
You
will
get
a
taste
of
what
kind
of
person
runs
this
hotel
if
you
just
read
through
the
replies
to
the
other
bad
reviews.
Really
embarrassing.
