Second stay in the same hotel. Great hotel in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast and amazing staff with very friendly attitude. Real value for the price. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in Sarajevo.

I give two stars just for location. I really don't understand how and why people rate it for five stars. Yes, location is good, very close to center. But common, people, hotel itself doesn't earn more then two stars and as I mentioned before it's just for location. Hotel isn't comfortable at all. There was noone who helped us with luggages, to take them to the 2nd floor.. no breakfast..no interest in guests at all... We reserved a room with a teras, but we didn't get even a balcony.. The wals are thin as a paper. We could hear all children screaming next door ( by the way we stayed as a family of three and even my 12 year old asked me why it's so noisy around..) Besides the children nose we could hear all the cleaning doing around...and the cleaning staff try to enter our room, although we were inside and the door was locked... Also there was smoke smell coming from the bathroom ventilation.. Last but not least the two person bed was awful, it was not narrow, very much uncomfortable, we had back pain after each night and additional to that they put two separated duvet for two people bed...

Great management clean quiet excellent stay.. Will stay again definitely.

hello everyone, I want to share my experience about this hotel, first of course I read reviews and was curious if it really was such a well-scoring hotel in real. I can recommend everyone to book at this hotel, first of all, they have very clean rooms, staff is super friendly, location just can't be better, 5 minutes walk to center (Baščaršija) Car parking can be difficult, but they do have a solution for that, they take your car key and as soon as there is a free space your car will be parked, it is difficult to park in the whole centrum of Sarajevo. There was no minibar/refrigerator in our room, but we were allowed to use the hotel's refrigerator for our food and drinks, in addition, the owners are Turks, so communication was very easy for us. Once again I would like to say a big thank you to the staff and owner for welcoming our family.

Fantastic location. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out. The breakfast needs heavy improvement. Not quite sure how you can make a bad cup of tea but this place succeeded. The coffee as well was not good. The bathroom was a bit run down. However, it's a decent hotel for the city.

Excellent Location, only 200m to the Sebilj (Fountain) in the Old Town Center, very clean Rooms with ground heating. Sadly no breakfast because of Covid but otherwise great. The kind Owners speak Bosnian,English and Turkish.

We had a double room (1 king bed and 2 single beds), the rooms were not very clean but the toilet was ok. The staff was very friendly and location is perfect. We booked without breakfast and payed 30 Euro extra for a not very good breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids, which is very expensive for Sarajevo prices.

Bathrooms are very clean and neat, beds are comfortable and wooden furniture looks cool! Also the location is easy to find.

We stayed there from 30.12.2022 until 01.01.2023. The room was awful: without a fridge (but it was listed among facilities), cold and in general it had nothing to do with the one we booked - we should have had a double room, and they gave us one with three old beds and wardrobe that probably has 150 years. They did not specify why da hell two ppl need three beds. I asked to change it to the one that we actually should have, but they said that it would not be possible and they actually gave us “a bigger one”. They were not interested that we did not need it. I asked to bring us a mini fridge at least, but it was not possible and we were offered to bring our stuff to the shared space downstairs, where everyone one among stuff and other guests had access. Basically, it’s an hostel at the hotel price.

We're staying here right now and I have to say that we enjoy how friendly the staff was since we arrived. A friendly lady at breakfast wanted to make sure we won't be hungry and even gave us a full plate of fruit to take to our room. She treated us like her own children. It may not have the most modern rooms or equipment, but it is a family run hotel with big heart and lots of love for their guests! It's our second time in Sarajevo, first in this hotel and next time we hope we can come to this hotel again, because it feels like home.

Affordable hotel in the Sarajevo city center. Clean and well equipped rooms.

The hotel was very clean and the staff helped us. Also the location is amazing and we didnt have any problems with food because there were many restaurants nearby.

The hotel service was bad, the room smellt like feet, the receptionist guy was really rude and he talked like he was giving orders to you. Also, when I tried to go back to the hotel at night, I couldn’t get in. The guy got angry and he said the hotel is closed after 12 am. I had no idea a hotel with a cinderella syndrome existed.

Good for a 3 star hotel, really great location near the market old town. Breakfast is not ideal for vegetarian or vegan but plenty of local places to eat out nearby

Clean and exciting

Location is great, bathroom is excellent, but furniture is lil bit outdated. It is not clean as you expected but prices are good.
