Located in the heart of the Old Town, just few steps from a number of major City highlights. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and air conditioned. Go for the bosnian breakfast set and you won't need to eat until the evening. Perfect price/value ratio.

We had a great time in this hotel. The hosts and all employees very professional and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was excellent, kudos to chef. Director of the hotel was present at the time and you can tell that he cares a lot about his employees and customers. 👏❤️

Delighted with a 2 night stay here! The room was wonderful - clean, spacious, charming, comfortable - as are all the spaces in this hotel. The staff is amazing - I feel like there is no request too great. It’s almost like having a private concierge service. Also, despite being located in Old Town, the noise level was negligible. The perfect Sarajevo launching point. :)

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff, the lounge interior is like a scene from the 19th century Austro-Hungarian Monarchy saloon.. Absolutely recommended place, will go back.

Hotel did not show'malo duse'.I have paid full amount without staying there.IDue to unpredictable problem we could not go to Sarajevo.I have called hotel 28 hours before check in time and explained them all.That was not good enough.No understanding at all.Thank you hotel!!!nema duse

After a bad experience in Sarajevo we couldn't ask for a better place! People are lovely and helpful. They met us for any request. Comfortable and very nice rooms. I recommend also the kitchen for breakfast and lunch.

Amazing hidden gem in Sarajevo. Located in the old town and probably the best spot for visiting everything in Sarajevo.

They do not change bedsheets after previous guests! Only make bed nicely so check at the arrival as the staff is available only till 23:30.

Everything was really great, except for the wifi service which was spotty

Great position in the old part of the city. There is no parking space. Nearby is underground garage that charges 25KM for 24 hours parking. My husband and I were placed on the 1st floor in room 62. The mattress in the double bed in that room is in very bad condition. Under the cotton sheet, we noticed another plastic ?? We didn't menage to sleep because it was very uncomfortable. We were guests of the same hotel a few years ago and were very satisfied. This time, despite the kindness of the staff, we left unsatisfied and sleepless. Next time in Sarajevo we will look for another accommodation.
