😠 We were waiting in front of this place. One of my friend who had terminal cancer felt bad. I asked the reception personel if she can sit, because it was emergency. He didn’t let her sit. No hospitability, shame on you. I wouldn’t stay even it was a 7 star hotel. I hope the same problem for you. People often mention location,

It was a random choice that we've enjoyed a lot. The location is great. I have already recommended to many friends and will continue to do so. The host is great too; in fact he is the one that makes everything go so smoothly. Thanks for the chat and also for all the lovely breakfasts.

Greedy...charges you with the full price on credit card if you will cancel a booking and even doesnt inform about this term.

Great place for a stay in town. Very near to all tourist attractions. Great breakfast and super kind host and employees. Vidimo se :)

Very central, rooms are very basic, but ok. Clean enough. Noisy from the street, very cold inside.

Great location with walking distance to Bascarsija or Zuta Tabija. Room was nice and very clean, with AC. Parking was available and thought they are small we managed to park the VW van. Super nice and helpful owner.

Hotel totally unreliable. They cancelled our stay at the very last minute. Had to book alternative stay at x2 the cost! Better to avoid them unless you like tk end up on the street.

Very helpfull owner, location in the old center, great service, nearby parking. Nice view Everything reasonable traveller can wish, wile visiting Satajevo.

The place is just 2 minutes walking from the old town, very friendly host, he will help you with everything you need. Room was clean and bed very comfy. I can only recommend this

Excellent location - right in the old city :) Fantastic owner, Eldin, is super responsive and helpful! Clean and standard rooms - very good value for money. It’s been my second time here and will definitely come back.

😠 Terrible! Hygienic conditions are absolute zero. The food is bad, the cleanliness of the dishes is bad. Employees impoverished, bathroom not equipped, high price. I do not recommend to anyone !!!
