Food is good, the meal volume is medium, you don't have to wait a lot for food to be ready. It is not an expensive restaurant and there is many choices for eating. Big place, there is a section for drinks and sweets. It is a self service restaurant.

Maybe it's just bad luck but last time I ate here the food was instantly done and was cold leftovers. Lacks air conditioning as it's extremely warm inside.

Few years ago they were much better. Now they are just your average fast food place with a huge hall. Overall the food is ready in few minutes and has a decent taste. Nice cabbage salad with ajvar or mayo is always a good addition. The sauce on some meals can be over salted, but for the price it’s an ok place to go for a quick meal. It might not be healthy, but never gave me issues like similar food in western countries. Cakes are decent too, but most likely lots of margarine in them. Cashier register girls would benefit of some patience training. Lots of times it feels unnecessarily rushed at the register. Please have some understanding for families with children. In general the customer service in Sarajevo has gone way low.

Chicken nuggets has bread inside and they reduced portion of every meal. Staff is good but sometimes rude. Asked to take out rest of the food and they laughed at me.... Very unprofessional.

Very nice place to visit. If you like crowded places. I am not sure if it is this crowded all the time or it happened only when we were there. Anyway, food is very good. Cheap. Service is extremely fast. Menu is huge, so much to choose. That is if you like chicken and pasta because all the dishes are made out of these two. Cakes are very nice. Atmosphere is also very nice. All happens very fast and maybe it is not for people who like to have everything slowly. Definitely worth another visit...

Great place, delicious food prices are fair enough, especially for the capital. You get your food in lightspeed, i recommend everyone to stop by.

The food was very disappointing. The cakes were very artificial and the chicken was dry. Not even the sauces could refreshen the mouth after biting into the chicken. They were gooey and liquid.

Great as always, if not the best, 4 stars as they ran out of my favourite... chicken wings 😅 Update Got in when its crowdier. They definitely lost the touch, I hope today is their worst day 😅 Anyway, all of the food was cold, we got 4 different meals, none of them were good. Big mouth burger, cold bun and cold wedges. The meat seemed like minced chicken, also cold onion rings.... The chicken cornflakes was so hard and dry, but the taste was ok. Again the fries were cold. The chicken Natur was fine i guess. and the finally the nuggets had the same problem as the other meals. Atmosphere was very crowded, loud, constant beeping noises of the order tokens, it seems on purpose (hurry up eat and leave) Also the music was too loud. Service was alright. Nothing special, nothing wrong.

This restaurant used to be good but now as they remove the most basic chicken options from the menu like wings and strips their quality just keeps dropping.

I eat here frequently, and they deliver a consistently delicious meal for a decent price. It's usually clean and the seating is abundant. Really like eating here.

Clean, fast, tasty. Always crowded but no longer than 5 mins you would wait for meal. Expanded menu recently, delicious, affordable. And yes, cakes are so fresh , creamy , tempting to eat all of them. Highly recommended. Always.

Restaurant is called Chipas for a reason and that is: "Cheap-as-****" Really cheap food and great taste!
