Book directly for a better price!! I stayed here in two seperate occasions in two different rooms. All good experiences. Clean and functional. Great location, friendly staff that gave me local advice for where to eat. Near a lot of tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is in the center of Bascarsija and close to everything. They offer free parking and from there you can simply walk where ever you want. All restaurants and shops are nearby. We only stayed for one night and booked this hotel last minute so they only had one smaller room available which if we have stayed longer would have been an issue; otherwise, it was OK. The service was really good, everyone was very attentive and courteous. They were available to help you and answer any questions you may have or need. I would like to thank Alma for all her help during and after her working hours to accommodate us since we were running late to check-in and Vedad who was there to help us with our luggage, parking, and everything else. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel located in the very center with a positive point that is a free Parking. Most of the touristic place are a few minutes by walk. The staff is super nice and the room very clean I highly recommend.

Superb location, spotlessly clean, lovely staff and breakfast. Free parking (reserve in advance, only three spots). I cannot fault it at all and wouldn't even look to book somewhere else in Sarajevo. Outstanding.

Perfect spot in Old Town, just around the corner from the Latin Bridge. Free parking easily organised with the hotel who are responsive on email. Front of house staff were lovely and helpful. Nice free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

My parents were in Sarajevo for 15 days, in the moth of February. Their experience at Old Town Hotel was extraordinary. The staff was the nicest staff they’ve encountered with. They were always friendly and asked how their stay was going every time they walked in the door. From the concierge person, to housekeeper, kitchen staff, it was excellent experience all over. Room was cleaned every day, and we never had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was included with variety of delicious Bosnian food. My parents said, in the summer they will stay at the same place. Nice hotel & excellent hospitality: Compact yet very nicely done rooms. Centrally located in old town, very close by to most attractions in old town. The sheets, towels, bath everything was super clean. The bath was small but the showers were new and worked great. Our room overlooked a historical mosque. They have parking space a few feet away from their entrance. You have to reserve parking in advance and they will help you find your slot. The hospitality was great. Mr Adnan helped us with information to get around the city. They were very responsive to our queries even on phone. It general, great stay

The rooms are exactly as in the photos. Super clean with good Wi-Fi (I was staying the secondary floor) . The staff was friendly without talking too much (they felt my vibe 😇). If you want to be in the city center I totally recommend it.

Fantastic location in the center of Old Town. All restaurants, shops and pubs are nearby. The staff were welcoming and friendly and always helped us. Breakfast was good and rooms were very clean and quite. We really enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to you for your hospitality Alma and Adnan.

I don't know where to start, we loved everything about this hotel! We stayed here for four nights and the hotel staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and hospitable. It felt like we were staying with a family as they greeted you on your way in, and out and made conversation with you daily. The room was very clean and tidy, and the location of the hotel was perfect. We were in the center of everything a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was seemingly simple, but I have to say, one of our favorite parts. The coffee was made fresh, and the eggs were AMAZING, also made fresh to order with a smile :) The bread also fresh and delicious. We looked forward to this meal every morning! Highly recommend if you are visiting Sarajevo to stay here!

Great little hotel, the staff are the best, all of them were beyond friendly, honest and helpful. Rooms are small but doesn't feel crammed and the bathroom is quite roomy and comfortable, rooms include a safe, fridge and small TV. The breakfast is ok, eggs or Bosnian (Turkish) coffee are made per your request (staff always approached us and asked if we needed anything) The hotel as the name suggests is located in the old town of Sarajevo, making many places available within walking distance.

The team was very friendly and welcoming! We had a flight early morning and the owner was there with tea and coffee making sure we got in our taxi on time - thank you for the hospitality!!

Terrible place to stay. Had a friend stay over until the morning after a late night out and they extorted 20 euro from me. It's not written anywhere but the rude reception man demanded I pay, and locked me out of my room, deactivating my keycard until I was able to produce the money. Don't stay here. Aside from the small room and noise being next to the mosque, horrible customer service making up charges at will. Never again.

Room was excellent and so was the breakfast. Staff was even overly nice but take that as a compliment. Location was right in the old town nearby many restaurant, shops and attractions. They even have few parking lots near and we were lucky to get one of those. Receptionist came to advise us to park in tight place which was very helpful!
