We had to pay twice. We booked and paid online. Next day we had to pay the whole price again to get our pasports.

There is kindly and friendly staff. Hostels location is perfect. The room and bathroom was clean.

Nice location and friendly staffs after checked in. However, I still have very bad experience with this hotel. I was trying to book a triple room for 40 euro. It was after 12am and booking.com app was having a glitch so I can’t finish the booking. I called the hotel and I ask if I can pay at the hotel directly, the staff said yes but the price is 60 euro. I told the staff I could have book it for 40 euro, she insisted the price is 60. Later on, the app glitch is gone and I booked a quadruple room for 60 euro. After checked in, I was given a TRIPLE room, but I was charged for 60 instead of 40 euro, which means the triple room was available the whole time and the staff just took advantage of me being late and upsold the room for extra 20 euro. Should not encourage this kind of business practice.

Great please for a few days. It's a city center about 200m from Bascarsija and the rest of old town. For 4 people in one room we paid 60€. Kind staff which can help you with everything. The bigest plus is locked parking area for customer's cars. For foreigners it's quite important because local people don't mind for any cars. I can recommend.

Great place to stay. Price is so good in my opinion because your exactly in the city centre! People are kind and helpful with whatever you will need. Breakfast tastes well. Only truggle for me was quality of bed but I can live with it for few nights.

Very nice place to spend a night, clean and interresting place quite near main attractions in Sarajevo, helpful and kind stuff. Internet a bit slow, but works. Safe parking. Forgot to take some photos.

Very rude staff, lying about the availability, rude attitude, very poor English. She didn't even want to let me to connect to WiFi for 1 minute to let my family know about my whereabouts.

My friend was waiting for us outside when we checked into the hotel, receptionist woman, where is your other friend? where did he go? She asked and treated us like we were thieves.. Still we stayed in this hotel because we were exhausted. There was a disgusting smell coming from the air conditioner. The staff are untrained and very rude.I thought the check-out time was 11:00 a.m. At 10:20 a.m., the woman knocked on the door. And he rudely said, 'Go, go check out... I left in a hurry. I threw 5 euros to her face to shut her mouth when i was leaving the hotel. Never visit this motel!!!
