I had a fantastic stay at the infinity boutique hostel. When I arrived I was tired after a long journey but Deniz was on hand to immediately introduce himself and the other guests. He has developed a lovely social atmosphere in the hostel that's very chilled out - it even has vinyl records playing. The rooms are basic as in most hostels but very clean and functional, with a small locker for personal belongings. The only thing that could have been improved was not all of the beds had a charging socket nearby (but most did). There were 2 bathrooms which most of the time weren't taken and were always clean - I believe there are plans to add more aswell. The hostel is also in a great location and Deniz gave some good tips for things to do aswell as the nightlife. There was also no problem with me leaving my bags and using the communal spaces after checkout when waiting for my bus. On the whole one of the best hostels I've stayed in!

if you’re visiting Sarajevo, this is where you should stay! the location is perfect, very central. everything. is very comfortable but best of all is the atmosphere and Deniz’ hospitality! seriously one of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed at.

I stayed with my friend back in October 2022 (we are both in our early 30s) and we absolutely loved our stay. Amazing value and Deniz was so helpful and great fun. He made an effort to get everybody to socialise and we met some lovely people. It was also a perfect location right in the centre.

If you want to make your trip in Sarajevo perfect, you should visit Dennis' hostel. Due to the super central location in the old town, there is hardly a better hostel in such a beautiful old building. The hostel is very, very clean and the living room is super cozy with retro tech. But the real highlight of the hostel is definitely the hostel owner Dennis. I have never met a hostel owner on my travels who is so incredibly likeable and lovable. At the same time, he enriched every evening with his witty manner and his stories. In addition, Dennis provides with his welcome beer that you come together with the other backpackers well. I made one of my best friends in this hostel and continued traveling with them. Besides the old town, the bobsleigh track and the many other sights in Sarajevo, Dennis' hostel should definitely be one of them. Small tip: If you are in Sarajevo on Sunday, you must definitely check out the flea market with Deniz.

Great vibes and friendly atmosphere and very clean! Dennis makes sure everyone is having a good time, greets you with a beer and introduces all newcomers to the crowd. After his planned renovation the bathrooms will be much better! Highly recommended

infinity boutique hostel is really really nice :) I love the retro decorations and retro record player . it was amazing experience for me . hostel in just in the city enter and very clean , I think one of the most clean hostel I stayed till now. what about Deniz :) he is amazing person and always ready for help and he try everything to make you feel comfortable and he always creates good ambience for getting to know each other travelers in the hostel . it's verysocial hostel and you make friends immediately. so I really want to say thank you so much for everything. I highly recommend this place :)

Excellent hostel. After traveling for over a year, this is certainly one of my top 5 hostel experiences. Amazing owner, it felt like a family, we all went out together in the evenings. Cool, social people and an easy place to make friends. If you are in Sarajevo, this is where you should stay.

You'll feel at home here. The hostel is so well organized and clean. Dennis the owner is such a great person who is a traveller himself and knows exactly what guests wants and don't want at a hostel. He will make sure you have a comfortable stay and help you with any travel questions. Dennis is great at communicating with you before arrival also. It's very clean and clear of mess, fantastic modern bathrooms, kitchen and hangout area. Right in the middle of the city and close to everything you'll want to experience. Can't recommend it enough.

My partner and I had a great stay at infinity boutique hostel. The owner truly made our stay special. He cares about his guests and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He keeps the common areas of the hostel very clean and well maintained. He is also very social and friendly, and brings guests together. I met more people in 3 days at this hostel than in the past 4 months of travelling and that was due to the owner facilitating the space to socialize. Of course there are private rooms if you want a quiet night and we were never disturbed by other guests either. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed and the lounge area was cozy and hip. This is a true hostel and I would recommend it to other travellers.

Stayed here last November with two other girlfriends. The rooms were fine but I found the host made some uncool remarks about older women which I found pretty unpleasant. He pushed us into having beers with him and then made one of the women who was also staying there (who was only in her 40s) feel really unwelcome. He was patronising and aggressive when I challenged him about it. Overall the hostel is fine and well located but be aware the host (who's in his 40s himself) just seems to want to get drunk with people in their 20s.

Denis is an extremely passionate host! He always knows off by heart which travellers are going to check in on the day, every guest is warmly welcomed. The vibe in the hostel is great, it is very easy to make friends like in a big family. Needless to say that Denis dedication for being a host also results in a sparkling clean hostel at all times!

Great hostel in the middle of Sarajevo. Manager is a great guy, you should book this hostel just to meet this guy.

5 star hostel. Recommended to anyone who needs a stay in Sarajevo. Reasonable price, daily cleaning, lots of green plants in-house, comfortable beds, homey settings, great location(right in the very center), new & fully functioning facilities, complementary coffee, tea, wine and beer. 0 out of 10, I booked a place online, arrived by taxi, when the owner arrived he got angry at me that I had booked the hostel on hostelworld instead of phoning him, he then kicked me out of the hostel, he told me to get out and cancel my reservation; when I explained that if I canceled I would be charged anyway he threw some coins in my hand, "this is your deposit, go" and told me he owed me nothing and that it was my mistake to book it. I've been traveling 8 years almost continuously, this has been the most disrespectful human I have ever encountered. Trash. He can feign kindness all he likes, but this man's true persona will always shine through the cracks. Abismal

Very nice hostel if to be honest its has comfort of hotels. Deniz very nice guy and he do best to make you feel good in the hostel. Its in the center of sarajevo and super clean. I highly recommend to everybody.

The owner refused to check me in and kept calling me rude. I’m a solo female traveler and had a confirmed booking and arrived at 8pm but got kicked out. He has no sense of humanity or professionalism. Only because he asked for me name twice and the second time I said you already have my passport!!

Rooms are very clean, the common room ambiance and classical music is very nice, the host Deniz has a great personality, I really had a great time there
