I can't comment on their medical services because I did not get further than the receptionist. I'm sorry I don't speak your language and I am a forginer but you do not have to have such a nasty attitude. I left because there are many better clinics to get a simple check up.

Outstanding: unbeatable price and excellent staff. I came in for a health check required for my visa. The waiting room was packed, and I was ready for a long wait. But the polite, efficient staff got everyone moving at light speed. My phlebotomist Indira had to be among the best I've ever encountered--at least top 2 to 3. She had to use a huge needle, but inserted it painlessly and quickly. Championship-level talent in drawing blood. And then my doctor, a guy I'm told is Arab, was a true pro. Thorough, quick, and extremely friendly. I loved him. All around, the best doctor visit in town. They're so cool, they'll make you wish you were sick.

If you are foreigner don’t think of going there they will give you prices that they don’t dare to give to Bosnians saying that based on my experience today ... so shame on you really! Cm should not be a treat it like that this behavior will not make us come back to you !!

Fantastic service! I came here to see Dr Lejla Milišič for an ultrasound on a potential re-ruptured Archiles and she was fantastic. She was confident and thorough. All staff were friendly and competent. I managed to get a booking even though I was only in Sarajevo for a few days. It also was a very reasonable price.

Worst exprience ever. I came to a dermatogist and waited for 30min after the time that was arranged a day earlier over the phone. The doctor didn't seem to care at all to even have a general look at my condition. He proscribed a general water solution to apply to my cysts which didn't help after 14 days of daily use. When I came to the second check up he said that I should go to a surgeon so that he could get a piece of my skin cut off and then sawn off where cysts were. It was rushed and uninformative that I thankfully got out and went to another clinic (Agram). Go to any other clinic and you will be treated so much better.

So sad to see so many bad reviews. Luckily, my experience wasn't bad. After a thorough google research on which clinic in Sarajevo does check-ups for an affordable price since Im unemployed, I was set on checking-in for my problem there. My doctor was dermatologist dr Eissa. At first, the check up was just the confirmation of my suspicion what it might be. He confirmed, offered me to do an instant removal of the problem but I declined and said Id return with my bf cuz we both had the same problem. The initial check up was 30 BAM. Next time, the removal of the problem was additional 50 BAM. He told us to come for the last check-up after the removal to see if we were getting better and to teach us how to take care of it by ourselves at home. That one was free. He can speak Bosnian, tho there might be a potential misunderstanding at moments. He is quite clear when he recommends something and he is patient with no matter how many questions you ask, even though he looks like he is a hurry : ) All in all, good.

Great service with a great pricing. I got the appointment the same week I called. I was admitted on time. I was at the dentist and he did a good check up, solved my issues and gave solid advice on how to proceed from there. When in Sarajevo, I know where to go. Thanks!
