I regret to say (because the food did seem tasty while we were at it) I got severe food poisoning here (no other food intake for a long time, so definitely there). Perhaps something was spoiled or not properly cooked. Supporting the other reviews that the service was very slow indeed, and the prices seemed higher than in likewise eastern restaurants. Hope the restaurant pays more attention to the products' quality in the future.

Delicious After spending 10 days in Sarajevo these are my objective review: *immacualte place: cleanliness is 10 out of 10 ( which is very rare to find a clean place in Sarajevo, Gravur is spotless clean ) *kindness is 10 out of 10 ( again it is very rare to see kind shop owners or waiter/waitress) *friendliness is 10 out of 10 ( again it is very rare to find friendly staff and shop owner in Sarajevo) * food quality: top quality food is served in here . 10 out of 10 * delucious: food is scrumptious, super delicious food. 10 out of 10 * service : there is an excellent service in Gravur, 10 out if 10 ( rare to find a good service in Sarajevo ) * NON-SMOKING area: there is non-smoking indoor area in the Gravur. It is 3 storey cafe/restaurant and they have non-smoking floor which is almost impossible in other places. In Sarajevo most people smoke indoors and outdoors which I found this very irritating and unhealthy. Wherever you sit , people are smoking and you have the smoke just in your face and nose. BUT in Gravur there is a nonsmoking area. * place in general : 3 storey cafe restaurant which is beautifully and top quality decorated. I can see that the owner is very knowledgeable, cultured person who knows how to serve people in clean place with top quality customer service. Each floor has its unique atmosphere. I highly recommend you to go especially top floor. Which has cosy sitting area , very comfortable as if you are at home and of course NON-SMOKING. I ADDED a few photos for you to see. NEYRA is the waitress which is very nice, kind and professional. The owner is very friendly, nice and cultured person who cares about perfect service, customer's satisfaction and needs as well as cleanliness.( very rare to find that kind of person in Sarajevo ) After trying all the restaurants, cafe and shops I can definitely say this is the best place to go.

Nice restaurant, but not for a quick bite. I had to wait for almost half an hour for my food, and then again for the bill. But the food was really delicious and the staff very friendly! Come here if you have time.

Very good place for breakfast while Baščaršija is still quiet and calm. You can eat delicious food while looking at the fountain and pigeons 😊 The food is delicious, prices reasonable, bosnian coffee lovely and service fast and professional.
